I called last week to see where my shipments were and the rep said they moved to a new system so cigars that i thought were already billed were not transferred over. My choices were either to cancel the orders or re-create them, ..i chose the latter.

I have some orders now that are pending and when i tried calling i get a fast busy. anybody know what's up with that??

I ordered 2 weeks ago and order will arrive tomorrow. The system transfer really hosed them it seems. I think it's a hiccup and they are inundated. Call if you are unsure. I was able to get through 30 minutes ago.

..but,

HALLELUJAH JESUS! dat big brown truck dropped off a "partial" (booo!) shipment! Totally out of the friggin' blue.

So, there is apparently hope!
No word on the rest of my orders and that's what makes it so damned frustrating.
Also, having my cbid cart all jacked up ain't helpin' matters!

In hindsight, I couldn't have timed these orders more poorly. Fault is mine, let my stash get way too low and started to panic. Bright side? I get to torment the rest of you poor bastids on this board, due to the SNAFU. Ha!

Got my shipping email today, an hour after the box showed up. Didn't get excited, didn't hound CS. Just waited patiently, like all you should give a try. It's a bump in the road. They will catch up.

Sometimes people just need to vent and having a forum like this is a natural outlet for that venting. To the old gits reading this, instead of bashing the newcomers, try to embrace them, dare I say be friendly? God forbid, lol. I know it's hard, your quaint little corner of the internet has suddenly been overrun by interlopers but things will calm back down and who knows, you just might have made a new friend who enjoys hanging around and contributing.
