if some people seem hypocritical, it's because they have judged that one problem is a bigger threat to them/society than the other...some are trying to balance the two threats by wearing masks, when distancing isn't possible, while expressing anger at oppressive and violent law enforcement ...
it is actually a welcome respite from the constant drumbeat of the coronavirus pandemic threat...mayhem in the streets always draw viewers like a deadly trainwreck...(TIC)
judging from the widespread protests throughout this country, seems a lot of people have put their fears of the virus aside to take to the streets to assemble and express grievances against their government...a tradition that the nation's fathers began when they took to the streets in protest and subsequently armed themselves and fought against British rule...in close proximity to Boston...
surprised that it took several days for the descendants in the area to exercise their outrage over government forces that kill its citizens without justification
