9 people signed up... the office is closed and it looks like they're going, since they left the trip up on the website. I'm ready for some fishing!

Midol is good for hangovers, but I haven't had a notable one since 1978. Got a pre cramp warning this AM, so I got up early. Gotta go feed the neighbor's cats this AM.

In the midst of shredding old tax records and supporting data going back to 1978. So far over two hours of shredding and only up to the 1990 area.

Found and closed old investment accounts where the cost basis had been in question during previous years and that saved a bunch on last years taxes that avoided double taxation.

Everything going forward has cost basis data stored. Glad to have all of that forensics cleared up.

Mowed the leaves again.

Nothing else planned for today.

Guess I'll just play videogames in the basement instead.

Shredded some taters, mixed with egg milk and flour and fried em into cakes. Some covered with creme fraiche, some dill/garlic sour cream, and some cream cheese. Topping em off with smoked salmon as soon as that's done. Soup won't be done in time for dinner

I think I'll make some Matzo Ball soup this week and maybe some pasta sauce and maybe some onion soup. Right now I'll watch yesterdays Ohio State vs Uconn WBB game.

Killed it. The sea lions were thick, but the taxman only got 2 of my fish and none of my jigs. I hooked 3 yellowtail, but handed the 3rd over to my buddy's wife and she landed it. We each got 2 and my buddy got no yellows... poor bastid.

Came home with 2 yellows and 4 bonito, but it was a great day on the water... and I think Art's wife just became a fan of fishing.

I know!!! Wendy is a frigid one, going to have to wear pants when I play golf this weekend, don't want her sending a draft up the ol' shorts.

Chicken and waffles is one of those dishes most people are skeptical of until they try it... It's amazing... But somehow I picture kfc's version to be not too far off from mcnuggets on an eggo...

Congrats on the good fishing btw....

Left over salmon for lunch with garlic/dill sour cream and some rice.

Gonna make pizzas for dinner.

Anxiously awaiting the mail today. Ordered a racing wheel for the computer, getting back into iRacing for the winter.

I love cooking and sharing food.

Got my racing wheel put together and tested on my lap - wasn't gonna fly. Went out to the garage and built a stand to hold the wheel and pedals. So much fun. Gotta stay up late tonight to sleep tomorrow. Back to work tomorrow night.

I hate working nights, but it has its perks and for now those outweigh the day shift options at the moment.
