Question though: If the 15min time limit is not met, does the responsibility then fall on post #499?

So much pressure. Think I'll just take a dive if it comes down to it.

On the 500 Field of fire, the first person after 15 minutes finds the 500 flag on the ground picks it up and we continue forward. Always forward.

That could be anarchy. Lets just assume that everyone is an adult and will do the right thing... and not take 3 1/2 hours to post a new 500 thread.

Yep, nothing works like running to keep the weight off. During those crazy years when I ran marathons I would train sometimes up to 60-70 miles per week. I could eat like Opie and actually had to.

When I was in the Navy I ran 1.5 miles every 6 months. When I retired I learned to enjoy running. Go figure.

MACS, I started begrudgingly running for physical conditioning. I always had hated running, but did it in a big way for sports. Now I love it.

I did 3 miles a year because I was forced to do it. I hated running.

When I got out and needed to drop weight, I started slowly and eventually learned to love running.

Yep, then I kept going to units that wore green and did a lot more than that. Still hated.

Funny, I ran cross country in high school. Course I wasn't hung over every morning then. Think

I want to cook a brisket today. I do not want to attempt to brave Sam's or Costco to get it. Especially in the damn rain.

Costco has better brisket I think. Prime for the price of select, gotta watch the grade.

Shredded and fried up some taters, in another pan made sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and eggs.

Piled em all together for a tasty breffist.

Washed down with some beer. Ready for a nap now.

I was never dumb enough to run a marathon. Running was for idiots.
But back when I was a long distance swimmer I would train about 9x a week for a total of maybe 35-40 miles.
We were told to consume 5000 calories a day.

I got some really bad eating habits from that time in my life.
