I refuse to eat there because of the name... quite possibly the single dumbest restaurant name in existence...

Yeah. You made me look it up:

"Over four decades ago, Ruth Fertel, a divorced mother of two, mortgaged her home for $22,000 to buy a small 60-seat restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana named Chris Steak House. Shortly thereafter, a fire forced her to change the original location and she renamed the restaurant, “Ruth’s Chris Steak House.”".

And the real truth is that Ruth was so self absorbed she couldn't handle owning a restaurant without her name on it... but she knew she couldn't get rid of the Chris Steakhouse name since that's what made the restaurant popular... so being the marketing genius that she was, she just added her name to it...

I know it shouldn't irritate me so much... but it does...

That place looks awesome, I checked out the "greenhouse" pics! I would say 80% of the stuff in their pics are growing in people's front yards in my greater neighborhood. More so on the cacti side of things for sure. Now, San Diego has some incredible succulents growing all over the place. I love the landscaping in SD.

Hopefully, they can reconstruct it w/o a crown. Dental work sucks. Hope you are insured...

I guarantee this will be a crown. I have others, no biggie and yes on the insurance. Years ago I had several silver fillings placed so they basically bisect the teeth they are in, so those teeth were likely to split at some point. A few already have, this one just decided it was time to go... The dentist just called me back and said they can't get me in until tomorrow AM. Grrrr, I have to go 24 hours only chewing on one side of my mouth.

Got rained out of yard work by a short duration thunderstorm yesterday just after finishing the bulk of the chain saw work. Back at it today. Hope my wood burning neighbor gets home early enough to see if he wants any wood.
