Cherry the flower then dab the crumble, or did you put the crumble on top then light it?

If it was bad quality I guess the order doesn't really matter... but you never want to apply flame straight to concentrate... it just melts, it doesn't combust...

How long did the last crown last? I'd go with that over an implant any day, if I could. But, if you are also going to need a root canal, then I would give serious thought to an implant. My two molar implants cost about $5k and the crowns for them will cost about the same. I had no choice in the matter as I was hospitalized for a jaw infection and they had to remove two teeth to make things right. I feel your pain!

Wow! Tooth/jaw infections are a serious matter that can seriously impact your health, beyond your teeth. Good analysis points. My dentist did mention that I may need a root canal. I was taken back when she talked extraction vs saving. I think me wanting to save the tooth ended a discussion of alternatives. The old crown lasted about seven years and before that about ten years. I will revisit the plan with my dentist, thank you very much.

I remember finding out I had a jaw infection. It had eaten all the way through the bone below the tooth. The tooth had probably been damaged in a bar fight...at some point the tooth died and I remember it hurting... then I ignored it for a year or so.
Eventually I could press on the inside of my lower jaw with my tongue and feel it with my finger on the other side.

When I went in the dentist was.... shocked.... by how much pus came out.

The bone regrew though. The tooth actually was kept... dead of course. full root canal.

Went to the doctor today to meet my new doctor (back to Tricare since I retired... no more Kaiser). New Doctor is good friends with one of my friends (old coworker). Dude gives me his cell number and tells me to call him about a job driving medical patients.

I'm there whenever someone screws up and harms a patient. I'm there for every code, the last one documenting the events that happened. I've been called in for questioning by the hospital's lawyers 3 times, each time it's been for a patient that died and I was the last one documenting on them.

Well, the big gash on my leg almost healed up after about four weeks. What started out as about a one inch deep sore healed into about the size of a dime and it appeared all my work to keep it clean was paying off. Two days ago I pushed on the remaining scab and a big blob of puss shot out.

Finally went to the doc. We had to remove the remaining scab via soaking it in saline and I'm now on Cephalexin.

After 15+ years I've finally paid off every single credit card account. At the worst I had about 25k. Wife was only paying minimums for almost 10 years. Long story I've told before.

There's probably something on the one card I still use for gas n stuff where there's a public access reader cause I got skimmed twice so I'll never use a debit card there anymore.

Sent out the last $1500 today with the money I got from selling the camper.

Great feeling.

Student loans are done, credit cards are done. Got about 10k on HELOC, 30k on the house. 10k on wifes car and 20k on new truck. Barring any new big expenses im on track to be debt free by 40 easy. Then i can redo the kitchen and bathroom.

Buy stocks, research first know what you're doing, patience, and the dividends will pay for the bathroom and kitchen.

Congrats danm!

Been down that road once. After first wife I had about $35K debt and that was more than my annual salary a long time ago. Took years but the feeling of being nearly debt free is worth the work.

Well done! The peace of mind that comes from being debt free, save a mortgage, is phenomenal.

Anytime I'm at work, there is no relaxation. However, I am looking forward to "hitting" the GF today, great stress reliever.

first... you hasta stop spending on "discretionary" things...

my first cut back was the large coffee and donut I'd buy on the way to work...I made my own coffee and skipped the donut, choosing an apple or banana or poptart or granola bar...still brew my own coffee...then started making more home cooked meals rather than take out or eating out...

then I married a school teacher, who made decent money...
