You are welcome, Huzza. I'm pretty new to those too. The guys on here turned me on.

That's at least a weeks worth work for him in that statement. :)

I told my therapist you said this. He said I don't have to listen to you.

80940 - RyJ Reserve Maduro petite belicoso. I thought I was out of these, found two in the bottom of a box. These are from 2006-07. I used to love these back then. It was ok. A trip down memory lane.

80941 - Ave Maria Dark Knight romusto
80942 - Nomad S-307 toro from SOB. It was good. Thank you, SOB!

I’ll be happy when the AF 858 and the Hemingway cigars are offered on CB. I’ve been looking and wanting to try them but they don’t seem to offer them here.

You’ll have better luck finding them on other online vendors than here. Pricing, depending on how patient you are, can also be much better.

Good luck!

80945:Punch Rare Criollo Rothschild 4.5 x 50, what a beautiful midnight, can’t sleep smoke. Sweet, salty, nutty, leathery and loads of tasty smoke that creates long lasting aftertaste.

80946 Edgar Julian Cuba Nada. Got in a trade where I got shafted but im gonna smoke all the no name bundle cigars he sent me for my Darklord collection. I can't find anything about this cigar except that it's sold at the small batch place $37/5.

Habano wrapper Dominican filler it says. Tastes like it. Well, tastes like habano wrapper. ..and that's it. Very very "dry". I didn't have high or even medium expectations for what looked like a $1 cbid special but thought maybe it would surprise me. Lil bit in the Dominican profiles are coming through a tiny bit or maybe i just want it but it still tastes like a cheap unbranded bulk cigar. I'd imagine this is a rebranded "Dominican seconds" or some bullchit "super low production" like Ezra zion or lost n found does. Maybe it's a fighting c*ck. Burn is uneven, several touchups needed. Blooming flakey ash. Dominant flavor is just habano woody. No off-putting flavors, but nothing interesting, no progression. I noticed I'm speeding up to be done with it and it's getting hot.

I tossed it 20 minutes in. Absolute garbage. The worst cigar I've had in 24 by far. Maybe even the past few years. If I had time I'd smoke something else but I need to shower and go to bed. Even after showering and brushing my teeth my mouth tastes like I liked the ashtray. I think I'd rather smoke a Dutch Masters or a pineapple White Owl.

Wasn't on here. Seemed like a good dude by post history. To be fair I said I just want some good cigars. Maybe they consider these good. I said the beers cost me $300 and are irreplaceable and sent first. But I thanked him for the cigars I've never heard of or tried and moved on.

Left positive feedback before I opened the bag too. Saw some avo, Camacho, southern draw in the ziploc assumed those were the low tier smokes in a gallon ziploc didn't actually open it until a few days later to find they were the top tier.

I would be posting these reviews on that site but they didn't renew their ssl certificate or are compromised- my isp hard blocks the site as a phishing attempt

Maybe that's why Olivas I've smoked were just meh? Maybe a year or more will do them good? If so that's OK. I'm sure I've buried some in the depths of Humidoria. I will now be looking forward to their exhumation. Herfing

I searched the forum for that cigar to see if I could figure out who you were referring to. No Bueno, makes sense now. Maybe they really did like those cigars or knew nothing about cigars and someone told them they were good. Maybe the latter.

I think the V ages very well, the O so far so good, but the Melanios I expected the most from really didn't change for me in 3 years so far.

Hey Palama, I’ve noticed that you old timers tip your hat to the person you got a particular cigar from. How do you keep track of that with so many cigars? Do you tie them in a bundle and attach a note? Segregate in a ziplock within your humidor? Do you keep a written inventory? I appreciate any tips you can offer and anyone else reading this please feel free to give a n00b your advice. Thanks to everyone.
