End in site. Only 2 days to go. Been out of town working the last 15 days straight 14 hours a day. Man I'm tired. The good news is tomorrow should be the last long day. Then maybe 2-3 hours on Wednesday and drive home. I decided to take off Thursday and Friday so I can treat myself to a 4 day weekend. Happy Monday y'all.

Morning brings 88F/70F with 1% chance of rain. Sky will be clear blue until we get another front come through Wednesday into early morning Thursday.

Got to run to the post office to send my kid his Rx, which he just cannot find near him in Miami.

Might fool around with my aquarium a bit today.

Not plans for the rest of the day. Perhaps a cigar.

We needed a few ingredients, so while she was in the commissary I went to the exchange to see what kinda special bourbons came in. Whataya know, they were putting Eagle Rare 10 on the shelf! Ya know I hadda snatch anudder one!

Bout halfway up on the mountain: https://imgur.com/a/pLO0BzQ

Walked up to check on the deer feeder after some big storms today.

About an acre or more of flat on the side of the mountain (we call that a "Bench")

Decent setup. Need to clear some of the downed trees and push them to the side...

Hoping so, but with a full day of unproductive meetings and possible snow, the prognosis is not favorable

Spent the whole day yesterday on and off of tornado watch over here. Even needed to get huddled into a tornado safe room with a bunch of psychotic patients during work. I thought it was a buncha BS until I saw a video that the winds got so bad that it nearly picked up and threw a student on campus.

Has that weather pattern been consistent over the last 30 years? Or, are you noticing recent, changes, in the environment?

Dog walk was overcast and warm at 71. It's 74 now, but the damn skies opened up and the rain was coming down in buckets!

Had the wipers on intermittent but they were moving as fast as I ever seen them move on the way home from the gym... and I was doing 30 mph because the dipwads in front of me were scared of the rain.

My only concern is my pool overflowing if we get just four more inches.

Morning peeps. Meetings survived. One normal day of work and then the training begins in a progressively hellish manner. 2hrs Fri. 4hrs the following Fri. Finished off by 8hrs the next one. Think I feel a cold coming on, about 2 weeks out

Yucky weather outside. Started with rain and sleet yesterday then it turned to snow and icy roads overnight. It's howling wind out there too and the internet is down. I took a snow day today so just be chilling out and do a lazy day.
