We need more room in our freezer so took a larger serving of Ben ‘n Jerry’s Coffee Toffee Bar Crunch ice cream. Didn’t want to finish it all tonight, saving the last bit for tomorrow.

Good Tuesday Morning to All! It's a very cloudy, about to rain 61° on the way to 73° so no range time today. Sad

At last Saturday's match I managed to out shoot Mrs Gene, but we ended up tenth and thirteenth. We still had a great time though.

Ah spring! I'm out for my walk just as the sun is lighting the eastern sky, everything is quiet and still in the fresh cool air and............................

BRRRRRRRRRRZZZZ!

Did I ever mention how much I hate gas-powered leaf blowers? You can smell the noxious fumes a 1/4 mile away, they interrupt the nice quiet morning and unless you turn around you have to walk through a cloud of dust. Cursing

Have a nice day gents.

I do not like the noise either, I wear hearing protection, but they are the best tool for the job in many situations. Worse, especially for motorcyclists and the environment, blowing yard wasted into the street.

As for the fumes, that sounds too much like Karen complaining about the smell of cigar smoke, just saying. jester

Cordless for me... still a little loud and of course dusty, but not as bad as the gassers.

Walked the pupper, trimmed up the palm in my front yard. Did not realize those palm fronds have like 6-8" thorns on them. Finding out was painful.

Gave Tank a bath in the back yard. He smells good now... gave myself a shower... I smell good now.

Got an appointment for a 60 minute stretch. I have a membership to Massage Envy and while I was getting the ticker squared away those hour services built up. Had a massage last week. This week stretches.

Asked the wife if she wanted a facial. I meant at Massage Envy, but when it left my lips I almost laughed. Pretty sure she has no idea what the other kind is. Gonz

Good afternoon Gentlemen.

Dr. appointment for blood pressure went well. I have been measuring it a few times per week for six months and the meds are working well!

Switched from Tamsulosin to Cialis for benign prostate hypertrophy (difficulty emptying my bladder) at the recommendation of my eye doctor because I have a developing cataract that will eventually need surgery Apparently, Tamsulosin can cause intraoperative complications for cataract surgery. Hope my wife loves the boost I may get from the Cialis.

Perfect Spring day,but probably going to change some aquarium water and just hang out watching TV today.

Hope you all have good day!

^That's surprising eye doctors can prescribe Cialis. Shouldve put "He can't see his willy anymore" as a reason.

Nice warm day today. Headed to shpo later for pool league.

My eye doctor did not prescribe it. He only gave me literature to show my PCP. She changed it.

No eye doctor in their right mind would issue such a subscription to a patient. It is too far outside their specialty for them to be competent.

You’re welcome. I do’s what I can to keep the peace in the universe. Cool

I haven’t seen a pineapple flavored ice cream or one made with real fruit in a while. Last place was Ed & Don’s, which sadly closed their doors recently. But, I’mma sure the Dole Plantation would have something like that.

I've noticed that ppl out here don't really use leaf blowers.

There's just too much land to even care.

It takes 10 small gasoline powered engines to keep this place running.

2 riding mowers (both get used)
2 pushmowers (1 used 1 backup)
2 chainsaws (both get used)
2 trimmers (both get used)
1 tiller
1 water pump for the garden

Get done with all of that and you wont give a damn about blowing grass and leaves from the yard and driveway.

Even if cost was the same there is no way electric power could keep up with this place. Run times are long and frequent...

Earlier today was the National Honor Society awards at my daughter's high school. It was a pleasure to see her get her award. She, an my Son, have a lot going for them as long as they stay on the path of growth and try to excel on their chosen path. I'm not too proud to admit that tears came to my eyes. (I blame it on seasonal pollen allergies).

I'm truly blessed to have them in my life. I'm not sure what my life would be without family, friends, and friends that I have yet to meet.

Good afternoon, everyone, we are leaving tomorrow for a short vacation to obscure wine areas in California. Aderson Valley, Redwood Valley, Potter Valley, and Clear Lake to mention a few of the areas. We booked a nice ocean front house in Ukiah.

14.5 hours at work today.

Loving the low stress overtime. Still training so nothings riding on my shoulders. I can say I don't know, I can ask someone else, I can step back when things get outta hand and just be a gopher.

I think I'm gonna try to do 60+ hour weeks until the weather gets nice.

Home, shower, bed.

Nice to hear, Danm... I think this gig will be good for you, brother. Nights did a number on me when I had to work them.

Raindrops are falling here. Puppy dog is a sad little boy... he loves his morning walks. Will have to get him out there when I can.

Streets in my neighborhood are narrow, so when cars park on the street, there isn't room for 2 cars to pass each other... so the rules are: If the car is parked on your side, you wait for the oncoming car to pass, then go around it.

Well... on yesterday's dog walk 2 ladies got into a shouting match because one of them failed to yield. They didn't hit one another... just came close. And they stopped window to window and yelled at each other long enough for me to walk half a block to get to my house. They were still yelling when I went inside.

Black lady in the Mercedes failed to yield. White lady in the Hyundai wasn't having it. Black lady didn't think she did anything wrong... she was wrong again for thinking she wasn't wrong. Had they collided, I would have been an excellent witness.

Was able to get the 60 minute walk done in 51 minutes with Tank. Rain started just as we got back to the house.

The only thing that keeps us from walking is lightening. Pupper has a “double coat” so rain doesn’t bother her. I have rain pants and a rain coat….

Called out of work again today. 3 days in a row. First time in 24 years I called out for actually being sick. I usually save sick days for nice days, days I can use to get things done.
Not now. After a week of feeling like crap, my wife finally dragged me to the urgent care she works at. Effn' pneumonia.
It sucks

I need to invest in a raincoat, as much as it rains here... but ol' Tank is not a fan of rain at all. He'll hold his potty until he's about to pop when it's raining. lol

If we get caught out in it, he shakes off every 10 steps. He's a SoCal dog. lol

Hope ya feel better jgraz. I had stomach issues last couple days. Not sure wtf, but my damn lower back hurt, too. Handful of dumps and a whole lotta fartin' and I feel much better. Anxious

Golf umbrella with wind release opening, IMO, a rain suit is too hot for the South East.

After you become filly acclimated, F'it, just let it rain, it's typicaly warm rain anyway. Beer

Got a front coming thru. **F and humid today. Gonna rain into the night, then tomorrow will only get up to 79-80F!

Wife hit Trader Joes before I got out bed. Just finished our Costco Run. Only $120!!!

Going to replace the laundry room light fixture with either new fluorescent bulbs or LED if the new bulbs don't work. Hope I can do it myself if it requires a new fixture. Don't want to pay my electrician $150-200, if I can avoid it.

Also going to do like a half hour work on my aquarium to add some new rocks and an inside tank, circulation pump. Almost bought 4-5 new fish yesterday, but decided not to spend $25 each when a local breeder sells them for half the price. Just waiting for them to be available again...

Other than that, My wife works a four-day work week and has today off so we are just sticking together all day and basically just going to hang out together as usual.
