Good call, thanks for the sound advice. My struggle right now is the meds that are helping me deal with my emotional/mental issues also make me overly hungry all the time. If I could lay off the snacks I could probably lose weight relatively easily. Easier said than done. Can't wait for it to warm up so I can start running in the evenings.
I lost 35 lbs over the last 6-8 months just by eating better with very little exercise. Gotta get back on that and find more time to work out. It is hard with the 4 little ones.

You best recalculate. "Look at me" posts don't count. Take Busa, for example. His true count is somewhere around 400.

Will do...I will pull up all 1000 posts and try to objectively decide if they are "look at me" posts or legit posts then I will tally all of the legit posts and let you know.
Actually, I don't know if I can objectively do that because I think all my posts are legit...so you better do it for me and let me know how it turns out.
Thanks ahead of time!

If you live in CA its fairly simple. Get under your desk, put your head between your knees and kiss your ass goodbye.

Run, Hide, Fight is the prefered method... Shooting them isn't an option I guess... of course a couple of the local bad asses had to let it be known they'd take him out...

I'm too old to run fast enough so, I'd prolly try to take cover (if such a thing actually exists) and fight if necessary. Not a Rambo type but I am a decent shot. Likely end up dead meat anyway if the shooter has a rifle.

Buy pizza for the office for a few weeks. Make sure that moveable cover is big enough to stop anything.
That's what drafters coworkers have been doing.
