When I took them out, I patted them dry and put them in a preheated (really hot) cast iron skillet with a tbls of oil and butter for a sear on each side.
The seasoning was infused well, and the quick sear got the outside crisp. The steak was juicy, done perfectly medium rare, and so good. I'll text you a pic... screw the pic, send a bite.
