Have any of you made an "Infinity" bottle?

Last three nights I have dug out my Elmer, Stagg Jr and Eagle Rare, just one pour a night for those! Okay Eagle I had two because I can find it occasionally!

First off, it is a small storage room rather than a cabinet. Ten-foot celling, three step, step stool and no wheels.

One may discover craft beer and bullets among the whisky. Caution is recommended.

I'm sure there are others on here with many more bottles than I.

First suspect would be Conan.

Irish whisky is not my long suit so I may not be the one to trust here...but I really have enjoyed the half bottle I've had so far.
Paired it wif a PSD4. They both had legs, so for me, the light touch o' sweet from the Irish lingering with the Cuban style strength of the Partagas made for happy taste buds.

But don't quote me.

Grabbed a bottle of WT101 based on the recommendations here and cracked it open last night to try to drive out a nasty head cold. Seems to have worked, and the bourbon was pretty good, too.

Anyone try the WT101 Rye?

Russell's Reserve Single Barrel.

This is by far the best bourbon I have tried.

I fired up the smoker and I'm cooking pork belly burnt ends. Figured a cigar and a libation were in order. I mean... c'mon... the smoker is fired up.

Not that you need to read the manual for the smoker, but I am pretty sure an adult beverage is recommended in the manual's trouble shooting section:

PROBLEM: Smoker is not producing enough good times.
SOLUTION: Pour burbon into glass with a single ice cube and consume. Repeat until desired level of "good times" is reached.

Whistlepig 10yr. Thoughts?

I need an easy to drink ~$60-$70 bottle to give as a gift to a few people I am not sure love bourbon. I want to make a decent impression.

Is there anything else (not so "craft" that no one has ever heard of it, not bottom shelf either) that isn't incredibly HTF I should consider?

the WP 10 is a rye.
Is that what you are looking for?
If bourbon for someone you don't know will like, maybe an upper level Four Roses?

just reread...easy to drink bourbon to me means wheated bourbon.
I'd pass on rye.

my taste preferences have been agreeing wif you for like a decade, so purely out of respect I will try some.

I only suggested wheated bourbon to our friend Stogie cuz he asked about "easy" to drink bourbon.

btw, just polished off three fat fingers of Evan Williams BIB (one small ice cube), I think some of the better cheap stuff out there.
