Maybe she has realized that I'm really not that grumpy.
Who knows how 2 year olds think.

It just means she thinks you're a Dancing Queen.

It’s been under 100° for a few days now. At the mile high mountain house the mornings are kind of nippy. I like it.

That 100° was the temp in the desert. The mountain house high is in the 70s.

Work called, said they were fine at 7p but needed another body at 11p.

Asked if they were offering up any extra money, they said just OT pay. Thought about it for a minute but declined. Partly because I'm trying to get them to start routinely implementing bonus pay to cover short shifts which they used to have years ago, but mostly because I don't wanna go to work.

No... the stuff my wife made yesterday. Had a late meal at work so when I got home I wasn't hungry.

I was thirsty, though... had 3 beers and went to bed. Leftover spaghetti is good.

makes sense... cat food is dry, cat poop is wet... volume-wise, you're dealing with a lot of water weight with the poop...

The whole east side is going to be in the bay.

When we bought our house my wife rolled her eyes when I told her one of my favorite things about the property was it was on higher ground. She now appreciates me thinking ahead like a Civil War General.

Very superstitious,
Writing's on the wall,
Very superstitious,
Ladders bout' to fall
Thirteen month old baby,
Broke the lookin' glass
Seven years of bad luck,
The good things in your past
When you believe in things
That you don't understand,
Then you suffer,
Superstition aint the way

What is "having Jimmy's egg" code for? I'm pretty sure it's a pooping reference, just not exactly sure what it means...
