Yeah, family used to write our address in pencil, at one point in our lives we moved once a year. Buy a place, fix, resell and repeat. Lived here in Texas for 15 years and only moved 4 times. |

Just did ours at 25 years. It's really the felt underlayment that deteriorates in our climate. We started having a leak (no damage to tile) and didn't want to patch that spot and worry about a different spot later. Whole thing was done in like three days. |

Curious to know how it works out. I don't have too bad wi-fi with two modems, one upstairs and one down Streaming tv at the other end of house and sometimes it gets bogged. |
