Personally, I am against abortion. It is an INNOCENT life that has done nothing to deserve to die.I am also pro death penalty... because 98.2% of those effers deserve to die, not live in prison with free healthcare, food and clothes at our expense.

Yeah and Texas was smart enough, the way I understand it, to put in an express line for killers. 3 or more eyewitnesses and they go to the FRONT of the line.Good for Texas!
Unloess the execution occurs quickly, it costs more $$ to jail a death-sentance prisoner than to keep them in prison for the rest of their lives. I also think that the death sentence appealate procedure(s) needs to be streemlined in a major way- or we simply need to just give people life sentences as a matter of expense.

The use of the death penalty here in Texas is one thing that makes me ashamed...
don't be ashamed man. feel good that if your daughter is raped and killed that the motha effer that did it will DIE!be ashamed of the Cowgirls!

If that happened.I'd likely want to kill the ****.But,it would be wrong.IMHO..btw,,The cowboys will win the NFC East next season...
on a serious note - I don't get the death penalty anyways. It's not like killing an offender will bring back the people he or she killedThe prospect of a potential death penalty does not seem to be any form of a deterrent whatsoever With all the appeals and court proceedings, it costs more to have someone die by death penalty than by just living out their lives in prisonThere is always the possibility that an innocent person is killed by death penaltyAs far as I can tell, the death penalty is just sanctioned killing by the state.
