So, why aren't you demanding that we determine the cause?
Do you understand what I find so odd about that argument? IF you actually believe the environment is changing, AND you believe that it is changing in a way that is ultimately detrimental to you (or your family), THEN I would expect that you would be demanding answers and solutions....
Currently, the people who want to use the "natural cycle" or "China is dirtier" argument are using that argument as a reason to do nothing. Hell, if I were convinced that china was doing something ultimately destructive to my planet within the time-frame I cared about, I'd be pissed... maybe suggest some drone strikes or something...
Bottom line - if you believe there is some sort of change in a negative direction, then why aren't you doing anything about it? Too lazy? Don't care? Personally hoping for the destruction of mankind? (these are all valid answers to me, in fact, they're better answers than people usually give. At least they're congruent with their actions.
