I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and I have yet to speak with a human being. What's the deal? If something goes sideways, how am I supposed to get in touch with someone? Clearly, no one is working in customer service.

OK, took a while but a very nice lady assisted me. And all is well now. The only remaining issue is that hold music is stuck in my head now.

They are usually too busy to answer or even read emails unless they are from Victor who usually sends them decadent cupcakes whenever he places an order.
