Dumplings? I can make blindfolded. I love doing just stand alone dumplings like this and the pan frying with butter then adding a nice dolap of sour cream. They go great with Gulaš or any roasted pork dish with a fine brown sauce.

Jjanecka, yes!!! I always take some from the batch I make for the soup and put a tablespoon of sour cream on then some pepper. My Mom used to fry them in butter with onion and cut up bacon.
