You throw a lot of notions out there, none of which refute my premises, which are, simply:
1.indians fought indians long before the whites arrived. Many of the indian guides who led whites in indian fighting were members of tribes who had been victimized by the tribe the whites were fighting.
2.indians fought whites; whites fought indians; whites won because whites were a more advanced tribe(although it took putting the repeating rifle in the hands of the cavalry to do it...the great plains indian's archery was more than a match for the single shot rifle)
3.the fact that whites won doesn't make it GENOCIDE, for gosh sakes. (although if genocide were ever called for, the Apache deserved it).
4.Lots of races contributed to protecting freedom throughout our history. Its a credit to the Navaho, since you refer to them directly that they can stand with the chinese, japanese, blacks, irish, poles, jews,italians as defenders of freedom.
5.You say you, as a white, stole indians land. Well, if you did, give it back. OH, and pay reparations for slavery while you are at it. I, on the other hand, being 3rd generation, am not responsible for anything y'all did before my gramps got here.
6.I don't resent indian casinos; I think it is funny that long lost descendants of Penobsquat indians can appear out of nowhere, exploit a loophole and build a casino in Connecticut, AND sell really, really cheap untaxed smokes!
