Ok. Now do the version of this and replace “illegal alien” with “a person wanted for murder in Alabama”.

Just Imagine if it was you.

You are married with children and 40 years old. Your past and future medical expenses total a few hundred thousand dollars. You will never work again.

Still think that is fair to keep that witness out of court?

I have a dash cam...😟

Yeah Drafter. What if it was Bigfoot riding around in a UFO that screwed you up so bad you can't ever eat a muffaletta again?

Sounds totally absurd and has nothing to do with this actual case but what if?

Looks like we have the solution for that illegal alien in Wisconsin! Hopefully his video deposition will help that nice family win their case.

So I think we all agree that guy has been deported once already and should be immediately deported again. The judge should do a few years of jail time.

He got deported once. Snuck back in. He’s had hearings. Now he’s charged for battery.

First plane out.

Then throw the judge in jail.

But..But...Lefty Lincoln suspended habeas corpus by General Orders No. 141 on September 25, 1862, He didn't even ask Congress. Lincoln subjected protestors to martial law and the suspension of habeas corpus. Like a dicktator he had 1000's of his dissenters and so-called rebels, rounded up and thrown in jail just for criticizing him.
Lincoln fans would say, "Surely if Lincoln did it it must be OK."

President Ulysses S. Grant did it on October 17, 1871, He suspended Habeas Corpus in nine counties in South Carolina.

President George W Bush did it on Oct. 17, 2006, suspending the right of habeas corpus to persons "determined by the United States" to be an "enemy combatant".

Did I miss any?

Oh ya...

President Franklin D. Roosevelt issued an executive order that allowed the military to detain individuals of Japanese descent living on the West Coast and hold them illegally in concentration camps with no civil rights.

The Biden Regime from 2021-2025. J6 prisoners were functionally denied every aspect of Habeas Corpus known to man, and left to rot in solitary confinement cells.

I heard all a President has to do is claim that there is an invasion, rebellion, or insurrection and it's damn the Constitional right to Habeas Corpus.:-k

I'd like that passage to have "person" replaced with "citizen."

They wrote the constitution for all "Americans". Think they envisioned those as being American citizens; not Central American citizens.

We are, after all, a country of immigrants.
