Any fans of Opera here? I've only recently started watching/listening online. Mourning Becomes Elektra was one that I quite liked, but I seem to enjoy all of them a fair bit. I'm doing some work on the computer and listening to La Somnambula They've got opera on the Amazon Prime video thing and there are English subtitles for all the ones I've watched so far, which I like.

Rigoletto is my favorite, closely followed by Carmen. How about you folks?

Ffffffffffffaaaaaaa

No bueno, TW?

She used to be huge here in Chicago, but she moved out west.

I always finish before the fat chick is done

Never been quite that drunk/stoned.

fiddler might know about opera. He's definitely a classical maven.

My condolences.

I'd rather stick my d1ck in a blender on pulse....................repeatedly.

once should be enough

I can listen every once in a while... can't get into watching it...

... to opera... not to Ron fornicating with a blender...

Indeed.

I like Bohemian Raphsody. Does that count?

Most all of Wagner' works, particularly Lohengrin, and Parsifal.Others I enjoy Mozart's works, particularly the Marriage of Figaro, and Zaide.

Parsifal was great! I'll try Lohengrin next since t is on Prime.

Went to Tanglewood a few years back and they had an opera that night - not my cup of tea.

I enjoy it, but have never done any in depth research. La Boheme, La Traviata, etc.

I saw 'Tommy'..... 😟
