New thing we're doing at work. Getting oral swabs for cotinine. If positive "you're disqualified from the standard tobacco free discount " for insurance. Your rates double, maybe more.

Getting blood drawn too. They "suggest" annual lab work. But if you don't participate, your rates double. Just like the cotinine swab, it's totally optional....

I've abstained from any nicotine since 12/10. I've got a pipe and lighter in my truck for tomorrow. I never smoke in my truck, but this is gonna be an exception. I've been tempted to buy a pack of Camels, it's been 10 years since my last cigarette.
