Has anyone spoken to or does anyone know how I can get through to customer service? 2 days in a row I've waited a full two hours on the 800 # but never got through. I also left an email last Friday and haven't received a response. I don't know what else to do but to ask here. Thanks for any help you can offer!

Your best option is to contact CelticBomber by PM. He is our resident administrator of all things related to customer service.

We hear what you are saying, and unfortunately we cannot help.

Alot of people are having similar problems, with excessive hold times, and no response from emails.

The phone does appear to be the best way to get an answer to any question or dispute you may have.

Hopefully they have good hold music.

The future has good and back looks too. Bad news is that the Post Office is now slowing up shipments and the mail and could really have things at a standstill by November. The good news is that your cigars will have had a nice nap by he time (if ever) you get them and you can start smoking them right after they arrive (if ever).

No this had NOTHING to do with the POST OFFICE. Per the tracking information my package went from Pennsylvania to Jacksonville (en route to Tampa) then 3.5 days later turned up in Lenexa, KANSAS! It then made its way back to Jacksonville and finaly to me in Tampa! The result being it was 5 days later than it should have been. UPS straight up made a mistake and I feel I should be refunded what I paid for shipping.

no you shouldn't and you won't be.

You didn't pay for guaranteed date shipping- thats usually a pretty hefty price tag on those services and cbid doesn't offer it. Or at least never did when I shopped here.

You received your order.

Ups did their job, cbid did their job

If you’re in Tampa, why didn’t you just go to a little shop in Ybor then go enjoy the cigar at the Honey Pot?

The suffering you've endured. It's just.... wow.

Got my last order yesterday that had shipped on Wednesday. Missing items from my prior order were included. All I did was send a customer service request through the website. Why are all the cry babys whining about their problems. Put down the phone - send customer service a request and go about your life. The problem will be resolved eventually. If you can't handle that, go elsewhere to buy cigars. Bids are going so high now that brick and mortar prices are looking acceptable.

Hows the whining working out for you, PrivateDancer?
