Twice I have placed bids on quickie lots when there was only one bidder playing the game with a bid in place. Their bid is either straight or auto bid. When I place my bid the original bid disappears. This gives me the impression the bidding is rigged by CI. The bidding by CI establishing a rigged minimum price.
This is not legal if this is not establised in the bidding rules.
Cigarbid does not have the right to post rigged bids to establish a high floor price.

So, everytime that I had a winning bid and saved anywhere from 20% to 50% or more off MSRP (or even CI prices) I was forced to the higher bid by the Swedes? I mean, it can't just be on you, right? Gotta effect everyone.
