I wouldn't be surprised if there were empty seats in the theater.. the Movie Pass and similar cards are going away soon I think.. prices are going up and shows are limited to 3 a month I think... People are reserving seats and then not showing up.. not good for business.... Mellow

Both trailers and the car made it home safely.

Called off work for the first time in over 4 years to do it. To be fair though, two people were getting cancelled tonight anyway for low census so calling off affected nothing.

I considered calling in today.. haven't used a sick day all year
Still not 100% and feel like I was robbed a weekend... If I had planned it better I woulda been drinking beers with puppy-dog at da lake yesterday instead of hanging in da recliner.

Back from my yearly trek to the White Mountain Boogie and Blues Fest,
Robert Randolph and the Family Band were fantastic, Victor Wainright and Train(with the Horn section from Roomful of Blues) were incredible, and almost every band paid a little tribute to ARETHA....Fantastic weekend, and it only rained on Friday, but we stayed "high" and dry...Beer Anxious

Dudes. Myrtle beach is pretty perfect today.

In an inexplicable gap of intelligence and planning, I find myself cigar free.
Must find shpo.....

And is it just me or has Mr Jones gone from fringe creepy to stalker creepy? Been away from the forum for a while so may have missed a slow progression there....

I don't understand all the disagreement between democrats and republicans.. Coke or Pepsi - that's America's real dividing line... And clearly those who like Pepsi are on the wrong side of history...

Made crab mac and cheese for the first time tonight. Not bad, tad dry but still good. Will make correction next time around with additional cheese and milk.

They need your money, so they can afford some ginger. Or at least, a little Mary Ann.

It's almost 4am and I'm just south of Indy.

New record! My 11 mile commute home last night took two hours and eleven minutes. Ya gotta love the National Capitol Region traffic.
I had more than enough time to enjoy a RomaCraft CroMagnon Acquitaine EMH on the drive.

On Sunday we all went to the Long Island Bluegrass Festival in Copiague, NY. Do it every year. Very cool...this year had Della Mae, Michael Daves, Daryl Anger, Cole Quest and the City Pickers, lots of groups. Away from the big stage they set up a workshop tent. Also cool. Mandolin, banjo, guitar players etc giving a kind of group lesson and talk.

Smoked, drank beer, rained.....didn't suck.

Spent a long weekend in Vegas losing money with work friends...
The "boss" (owner of the contracting company) paid for the entire trip and gave us a gambling stipend....

I think I lost about a grand... F-ing Vegas...

But lots of drinking... Lots of good restaurants... Couple pool parties... Got to see the Chainsmokers?... Which was basically a douche DJ...

Well Frank, I hadn't until now.

Ended up taking nearly 18 hours for the 750 mile trip.

I also tallied up three separate flat tires on the trailer. I also happened to have three spares with me. Applause

Trailer owner is buying 6 new tires shipped to the track before I tow it home.

Been awake 22 hours now. Think I'm gonna find a place to pass out. Prolly in trailer
