Sampled a little recently harvested gorilla cookies... Just did one plant (no interest in full scale growing) but it's good sized and I stepped up the light technology to high pressure sodium... Results are looking fantastic... Despite hesitations, I did a hydrogen peroxide wash on the buds... Glad I did! End result is cleaner than anything I've tasted...

Back to work.

Couldn't call off, no other charge nurse on tonight so it's me.

Did find someone willing to come in at 11 though if I'm really struggling. Kinda planning on doing that.

Just bought a box of Liga Privada T-52’s, and at an excellent price. Thank you CBid! In honor of the purchase I smoked my last one today.

This is precisely why I hardly ever called out. (see post #422)
I KNEW my co-workers would get screwed.
Someone would have to work a double, or the person at the top of the "mandation list" would be called in.

I'm starting to rethink my approach...I am still probably about 6 years from retirement, but hardly ever touched my sick days. But, the sell off at the end isn't anywhere close to what I assumed it was...always figured it must be day for day, but it's only a fraction of that. Still going to save a pile for catastrophic event, but probably going to eat into the balance a lot more going forward....worth more now than later, I guess

GG #4 (gorilla glue b4 the lawsuit) crossed with Girl Scott Cookies...

Supposedly hard to find, but a local grower had 2 crops (this and candyland) produce feminized seed... Not much, maybe a dozen per ounce... Dispensary snagged a bunch and I'm collecting the seeds...

This is the first I've grown from it, but very pleased... More character than clone grown stuff...

Candyland is next... Come see us at next year's deep sea herf!

Fever's down after my sweaty coma. Bedsheets and pillow were soaked. Slept 10 hours on the first leg, and followed with another 4 hour nap.

I feel a lot better.

Still feel cold though.

Ate some toast, water. Wasn't immediately nauseated.

Heading to work, try this again.

I currently have 580 sick hours, with a little less than 6 years left before I call it a career. I had to use a bunch in 2014 when I had shoulder surgery.

We cash out at 50% value before 15 years of service and 100% value if you've served 15 years or more. Limit of 960 hours for the troops and 1400 hours for management. Of course, our contract expires in 2020 and this is subject to negotiation...d'oh!

^^If it's still around when I retire, I'm rolling mine into deferred comp so it isn't taxed. Nationwide guy told me to stop contributing to deferred comp 1 year before I retire so I can do that. I'll be over 50 so I can double whatever the contribution limit is.

We only have PTO to use for when we get cancelled or call off or vacation etc.

Can only bank up 360 to roll over to the next year. Accrue about 240 a year. But any overage is paid out at the end of the year, or at the end of employment.

Two eggs, melted cheddar cheese, sandwiched within a toasted, Everything bagel, with a fair amount of guac.

Two coffees.

331 hours of Sick time left.

10 hours used this year, all used for support of my wife's ailments.

Bournemouth/United, 86th minute.

7 year anniversary... We went to the casino up by Yosemite last night... Lost all but $5 of what we brought, then won it all back on our way out the door... And then did the same thing again... Ultimately lost about $30 each over the course of 4 hours... Lots of fun... Ended the night with some in n out... Had my first Neapolitan shake and quite frankly I think it's changed my life...
