I have heard a large whip to the backside can intimidate even the most prolific user. Well, Except for Drafter. I hear he likes that sort of thing. Blink

if elected, I will not serve.

Big fan of the bone-in chili... Turned out kinda like a chili and shredded pork hybrid... Very nice over corn bread... The bones add a lot of flavor and richen it up a bit...

Actually the sales are in honor of Presidents past. So technically we could manage without further Presidents and still have the sales

In a foul mood.... Someone in our neighborhood has something in their house that goes beep-beep-beep pause beep-beep-beep pause... Sometimes it last for as long as 8 hours... Have no idea what it is... Police have come by to check it out a few weeks back and it went away for awhile... Now it's back... Its not so big a deal to me, but I feel bad for the rest of the neighborhood... They have to listen to the beeping on top of the Marley I use to drown out the beeping...

Retired people are the best watchers. I have two retired guys living on each side of my house. It's like having the Gray National Guard.

Ram and Frank have the potential to not only keep the 500 under control, but also the ability to scare every squirrel off everybody's damn lawn!

Snowblower purchase today.

Upgrade from a single, to a compact, two stage blower.

Will miss mixing the oil with the gas, going deaf running it, the the upper body strength workout I used to get. But its time.

I will only accept reserve status...National Emergency level stuff.

This is, has been, and always will be Ram's Gig.
Hell, like most here, I grew up breathlessly awaiting Ram's approval.

It just feels wrong to change this tradition...but sure, if Ram is unavailable, I would be honored to stand in...and hope I don't do anything to besmirch or desecrate the sanctity of the Ram Authorized 500.

Yes, to be clear. This is Ram's show. He's kept us all in line and a tradition baseball battiness, he swings effortlessly, and so well.

If for some reason, we get 12 hours into a new thread without Ram's Power of his Louisville Slugger, sweeping through, would Frank set up his tripod and be called upon to call lights, with the camera, and asked to perform the action.

Long live The Ram!

Shaking off the side effects from the versed and fentanyl cocktail received yesterday morning for nerve ablation procedure for my degenerative c-spine. No cigars or adult beverages for a couple of days, see that changing this afternoon.

Mid 60's in LA today and mid 70's rest of the week. Planning on placing the snow blower in storage today. Sarcasm

Be safe.

Good Morning folks.

33 with a high of 43. I am getting so tired of looking at 4 walls. Somebody better pay the damn heating bill so this winter crap will go away. I have my chair all cleaned up ready for summer time and my tender ass, cigars are on standby, 15 gallons of grain with rye ready to be run through the still. I think I will run a little today in the kitchen since it is to damn cold outside.

Rough night at work, again.

Probably going to go in tonight for 12hr overtime. Schedule got screwed up so I have one day off (tonight) and then back for two more. Gonna sleep all day and be up all night anyways, might as well get time and a half.

It's spring in the desert. Went for a 6 mile hike this morning. Brittle bush, lupine, desert marigold and California poppy and ocotillo are all blooming. Colder than normal, only getting up to 58 today but sunny.
