Good evening from Oregon! Not sure what happened to today, but I was definitely not awake for at least 16 hours today. Not normal for me. Usually I can’t sleep for more than 5-6 hours in a day. I guess a long week of working on projects one handed finally got to me. Anyway, I am definitely going to light up an excellent cigar tonight. Y’all have a wonderful weekend!

You're waiting??!! Yes, I really would have eaten it. I hope letting your rugrat stay up all night just to bust my stones was worth it. I know you're passed out as I type this but I'm hoping you wake up to him gluing your cigars together as he smiles at you and say's "Look daddy! A log cabin!"

Gavin made it till 730ish so he has been sleeping for an hour on the chair and he was just carried to his bed. No cigar cabins were made. Haha

Morning all. Sandy and I are going for our run in a few minutes. I'm about 1/2 way done dismantling the Buick. The project is moving at a better rate than I thought it would. I am going to roto till in manure on the garden. Then lay black plastic over it untill I am ready to plant it.

Went to the grocery at like 9am. Mobbed. one-third of the shoppers wore a mask or scarf. Most of them had gloves on too.

High numbers of masks for Florida, LOL!

I honestly think everyone should have them on in public, sure would cut this experiment to a much shorter length of rampant virus.

CRAP! A hugh gust of wind picked up an umbrella from the patio and deposited it on top of the garden. Broke over both of my lovingly attended tomato plants just when they were starting to ripen. Tried to straighten them and wired them but doubt they will survive.Brick wall

Round Table pizza used to have a specialty pizza called the Hearty Bacon. Garlic white sauce, cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, diced tomatoes and green onions. It's f'n delicious. They took it off the menu for some reason, but they still have the ingredients, and my local still makes it for me.

So I call to order one and the kid says, "we don't have that any more"
Me: Yes, you do.
Him: No we don't.
Me: Yes... you do, I just ordered one last week.
Him: No, we don't.
Me: You still have all the ingredients, dip****, let me talk to the manager.
Him: I am one of the managers, and stop yelling at me.
Me: 'click'

Why are kids so f'n stupid? Probably have to wait awhile before I try to order again. Or just go in and order from the manager I know. I don't want that idiot making my pizza with 'special sauce'.

they won't let you custom order your own combo?

Just ordered deep dish from or favorite local called Oreganos. Great stuff and no gruff in ordering whatever you want on it.

Good morning from Alsea, Oregon! Couldn’t sleep worth beans today, no surprise there. Anyway, I figure it’s a good day to drink a pot of coffee with a cigar!

Morning people. Just got back from my run. IZON, I've been covered in chit a few times and always came up roses. I assume your plans to build are on hold due to 19.

We are going out on lake Michigan for a few hours this morning and sailing. Something to break the 19 boredom. No worries as far as breaking protocols.

Gonna make the rest of the day a movie marathon. Gone With the Wind, Citizen Cane, and Breakfast at Tiffanys.

Morning. We're back to work today.

Daily med screenings through one entrance and one entrance only.
All refrigerators and common break areas are locked out.
All vending machines are now locked out.
Locker room showers are locked out.
Faceshields have been added to the list of required PPE.

This is going to be a good time.

Seems like med screenings are not very effective. I'm reading that as many as 20% of people that have it are asymptomatic. Spreading it... and showing no signs.

County set up another drive thru test site for those with symptoms... meanwhile they aren't testing every employee working in a facility obviously infected by it. THAT fn pisses me off.

Meijer's first responder/medical hour again this morning. Filled a cart and got out the door before general admission.

Person in line to get in, "Hey, any toilet paper left?"

I said I dunno, I didn't look.

Loading up my truck, someone waiting in their car got out and asked me the same thing. I gave the same response.

Put the cart back in the corral, and a lady rolled down her window to ask how much toilet paper is left. I said I don't know, I didn't even look. She asked "why you come so early then?"

I don't get the ongoing toilet paper hoarding. People I work with are doing it too, comparing stashes of 150-200+ rolls of TP...

Last night was pretty rough. Lost 3 under 40. Put other fairly young and healthy folk on those vents as soon as they were cleaned.

Was in Costco yesterday. Waiting in line outside they said they had no TP (and a number of other things).

Well... they rolled a pallet of TP off the truck and were rolling it through the back of the store to stock it and I grabbed a 30 pack. With the 30 we had and the 30 we got... I think we're good until next April.

That exactly right. I'm asking them at work "WTF" By the time the temperature spikes they've been shedding virus for 2 weeks? Dudes, I get it but god damnit we're adults. If you don't feel good, stay the farque home. If you're going to make me come in here, fine, but butt out of my god damned life. I'll assess my own risk levels and plan accordingly.

Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining. Shame on you

Mornin' all, stay safe, especially the ones in health care, that's you dan, as well as my wife and oldest daughter.

Sure glad that the TWRA considers hunting an essential, might hit the farm and see if I can spot a turkey that ISN'T a hen.

My week ends tomorrow morning.

I hope I can stay away. But if they officially declare disaster in-house, I have to go back in.
