Watching the MNF Payton and Eli on ESPN 2. Funny show, not good for play by play, but interesting watch.

I could really go for a 5 ounce ribeye, 1/4 cup of garlic potatoes, and a handful of corn and green beans right about now.

Saw some of it last week. Forgot it was on. Taping the 2nd half of it.

Nice to see Eli isn’t just an ex-QB. Always looked at him as a first rate, slack-jawed DB.

Well played, sir... well played.

Tank played with his buddy Sheriff all day today. Art and I cut a hole in the floor of his boat and removed the 95 gallon gas tank... which had a big hole in the bottom of it. Prolly 5-6 gallons of gas in the bilge under the tank. Pumped it out... new tank being made soon.

Will be nice to get off of this sick ride. Have a day and a half off this week and another single day next week.

Your boat project doesn’t sound like a buddy job for lit cigars.

In Danm’s absence, I would like to welcome you all to Tuesday morning.

Into to welding class starts today. There are 3 spots and I'm number 4 so I'm hoping one guy don't want it or like the trial run we are doing. Happy Tuesday y'all

Lots of very critical patients and not a lot of staff.

I know, I know. I slipped.

At least my folks have the decency to live 3000 miles away and only briefly annoy us via facetime.

Good afternoon. Haircut. Check. Shingles booster. Check. 10mg edible to see how it works on muscle spasm w/o having to get high. Waiting... Nothing else planned today, except to set up my new printer and throw out the old one out. I swam really hard Mon and Tues and need the day off.

So, you told her. That's what I did. Then, she told me mom can get on her nerves as my mother gets on mine. So, we no longer have to go see her together, and we only invite her to our house just a couple times of month. And, I even got to skip going to visit my in-laws a few times without any problem. Now, maybe your wife she will give you a "free pass" on visiting yours!

I wish. She lives a mile away... We don't go to her house because she has dogs she refuses to train and they bite and piss on the floor. It's common knowledge why we don't bring our 4 and 2 year old over, yet she refuses to do anything that requires effort to change it. Soooo, the wifey feels guilty about the kids not seeing her and invites her over from time to time. And usually on those times I can take a few hours to mow the lawn. Three times.

unfortunately, this weekend's events were for my 2 year old's birthday, so it was all hands on deck, no escaping. Cursing

I missed last weeks broadcast so made it a point to watch last night. Good at some points, borderline boring at others. Liked it when the guests came but, unfortunately, missed most of the Favre portion. Patrick Willis was alright. Pat McAfee injected some energy into it but Eli talked too much when Pat could have done a play-by-play of another punt.

I'mma sure they'll figure it out and the shows will get better as the season goes on.

The official "fix" for the 1st-4th transmission lockout error is to stop, turn truck off, then restart. Until it throws a code / check engine light they won't do any repairs.

So yes, it's been shifting fine since I took the trailer off and restarted. But I'll bet you next time I put a trailer on there it's gonna happen again. Or completely fail just like my 3 visits for coolant smell and low coolant where they tell me everything's fine then it blows a hose under the intake manifold. I'll be stranded hundred miles from home with a trailer I also need to get towed. I have major trust issues in general, things like this elevate them to an anxious paranoia.

Maybe you just need to just run it into the ground for them so they can figure out what's wrong.

Getting stranded helped you get the coolant fixed. Maybe you just need to get the hell away from this dealer

Gentlemen. Day two out of the hospital. Yesterday I was very tired and shaky all day. Slept most of the day. Today not much better. Bed to lazy-boy and back a few times. No appetite. Looks like it may be a long slog getting back to healthy.

No dealer will do anything without a CODE. Maybe hook the trailer up and drive it. Hope it acts up.

Seriously considering taking a travel contract in San Diego. $6k/wk for 8 weeks. $1500/day each shift picked up.

Wife is pissed I even suggested it. I don't know why.

But thats nearly my annual salary for 2 months.

Doesn't she realize how many different bathroom vanities that could buy? Plus, it's nice to have steaks like that in the freezer...

You could always tell her that if she let's you do it, you will take her on a cruise. Let her share some of the spoils in a way she can brag to her friends about.

I'd have to agree. What's her beef about it? Without knowing her other than what's been posted, she sounds very shallow and materialistic so getting more money to leach out of you should be right up her alley.

Maybe she's afraid that she might have to cook, clean, and maintain the homestead all by herself for a whole 2 months. Maybe that's too scary of a concept for her digest. Scared

Plus if in SD, you could live out of your camper in MACS driveway. You could smoke your meat together... another scary concept. Scared

Talk with rfenst.
Get on the plane.

Your wife can home school the kid. It’s the perfect fit.

Why not have your son learn from the person who knows everything?
