So, we no longer have to go see her together, and we only invite her to our house just a couple times of month. And, I even got to skip going to visit my in-laws a few times without any problem. Now, maybe your wife she will give you a "free pass" on visiting yours!
I wish. She lives a mile away... We don't go to her house because she has dogs she refuses to train and they bite and piss on the floor. It's common knowledge why we don't bring our 4 and 2 year old over, yet she refuses to do anything that requires effort to change it. Soooo, the wifey feels guilty about the kids not seeing her and invites her over from time to time. And usually on those times I can take a few hours to mow the lawn. Three times.
unfortunately, this weekend's events were for my 2 year old's birthday, so it was all hands on deck, no escaping.
