Dog crapped in "her yard" this morning and she called DNR officer out because dog was on a 15' tie out cable, not a 6' leash as written in the rules. I was walking with puppy dog until she pooped, and immediately picked it up but that was unacceptable to her. DNR officer offered to relocate them, but she went on a tirade about Indiana hillbillies and said she was leaving and never coming back. Good riddance.

Site was booked through next weekend. Now showing available.

there's 2 sides to every story and my guess is the other side of this one involves you - not your dog - sh*tting in front of this poor womans trailer... Herfing

Good job Dan!!!

Trolled that bitch off without even trying.

Yeah rub it in that Kalifornia has made smoking on the beach illegal. Well, I prolly could smoke a different leaf.

And is hating Indiana hillbillies like hating Illinois Nazis?

Beach smoking. Hmmmmmm.....a new use for otherwise unbuildable parcels too close to the water?

No no, Illinois folk are a different breed.

Chicago should really be it's own state. Grab the land from Indiana to Joliet, South to I-80, North to Wisconsin and west to Rockford. Then I wouldn't dislike Illinois so much. And non Chicago area property taxes could be affordable.

This campground seems to wake up at the first light.

Can't wait to sleep at home, get up at the crack of noon.

In-laws came to visit the campsite today.

Packed campground, typical for weekend. Trails were packed. Puppy dog had a blast flipping rocks and catching crawfish in the creek.

Hit up the pool for a while but it's a hair too chilly. Still enjoyed watching the hot moms at the pool.

In laws left after dinner. My food supplies are wiped out. Got some eggs for the morning but everything else is gone, so we're going to have to pack up and head out fairly early. Checkout not till 5 but it's a 3+ hour drive and gotta get camper in during daylight since there's no lights on my street.

Beer's almost gone too.

I've been living vicariously through you on your trip.

I grew up camping. Been trying to talk this wife into at least getting a camper for years.

Be safe on your journey home.

My wife used to think camping was a Holiday Inn with a black and white TV.

My wife was anti camping forever, until she finally gave in and came along. Realized when you bring your own camper and have your own bed, bathroom, kitchen etc, it ain't so bad.

Fighting big winds on the drive home. Struggled to keep it over 60 if I wasn't drafting a semi truck. Paid for it at the pump. 8.1mpg.

Only got one yellowtail yesterday. Eating it right now with some steamed rice.

Lightly seasoned, and baked in garlic butter.
