start with something really small that doesnt seem overwhelming.......piddle about.......it will morph into bigger things as you get going. if not you are no worse off for trying.
Welp Corey, I did it. It didn't get no better. What it did do was help focus my attention elsewhere and to boot I got some work done on the wife's butcher block. I was out in the garage from yesterday morning till about 12am this morning mostly sanding. That block is now slick as glass.
Tampatom, you are correct I was not worse off and it was a little better for the reasons above. Now this morning I get to start all over and fight it all again.
Now please do not take me wrong guys. I am not complaining about how I feel physically. I am complaining about how having to fight it everyday all day. Or rather the stress of having to. That in itself for me is more fatiguing over a long period of time. I would have thought that I would have had more issues from the physical end but nope it is the fight that is kicking my arse. If I ever lost interest in my little dinky hobbies I would be screwed.
You folks out there have a great Friday and may the fleas of 1000 camels never infest your armpits.
