would a shark ever eat a clown, like if it was really really hungry?

I don't think the clowns appetite would play into it... it would probably be more a matter if he was funny or not....

Probably.....but it might taste a little funny.....

FYI, I have a severe phobia of clowns, ever since my siblings made me watch Stephen King's IT when I was around 6 years old and our parents were out for the evening on a "date night". Then they locked me in the linen closet and told me mom and dad hated me and were never coming home.

So, don't leave us hanging....did your parents ever comer home? Think

I went to the beach and dipped myself into the Pacific. Water was kinda cold, but I got used to it quickly.

Unlikely. I was on the beach at the Naval Amphibious Base. Very few people... however, Coronado beach seemed to be busy.

Ran a half marathon there on the 4th of July years ago. It started and ended at a school in the middle of Coronado and run out into the base and airstrip then turned around and back along the beach.

Water temp was 71 today. Chilly... but bearable.

Imagine the Navy Seal training in December and January? Not just no, but f--- no.

Maine had it's first shark attack ever today or yesterday, a lady swimming off Bailey's Island. Talk about cold water. Record high temp here yesterday and maybe today as well. More heat tomorrow.

Well.... the cold brew experiment continues.
Last night I upped the coffee content by 33%, but decided to try a cold extraction, rather than room temp. Used ice & water and placed the carafe in the refrigerator

That definitely needed more time. This morning (12 hrs) it was still wayyyy weak. looks like tea.

Ah well, maybe it will be better by tomorrow.

About two weeks ago the wife had our old, perfectly functioning, fridge, dish washer and stove taken away and replaced with new SS appliances. Today we put a perfectly functioning three piece sectional on the curb to be picked up by a charity.

I'm not exactly perfectly functioning myself. Pretty sure I'm next.Think

Sad part is... the stuff that you got rid of was probably well made and will last longer than the new stuff.

You ain't wrong. The sectional was about 20 years old, very heavy hard wood frame and a biotch to move outside. The new appliances are more energy efficient so they will pay for themselves in about 40 years.

Will someone that has a mouse with a scroll-wheel test something for me?

Go to CBid, pick any auction that is still live and open it so you are at the point of being bale to enter a Qty/Bid/MaxBid.

Place the pointer arrow on top of the Bid or MaxBid square (but don't click in it) and then scroll the scroll wheel up or down like you are trying to move the page.

My page moves, but the amount in the box the pointer was hovering over increases too.

Just wanting to see if that happens for everyone or if maybe Mr. Jones had FBI/SSG tamper with my account.
