Chris,
Terrorists don't hold back. They'll unleash the most devastating attack possible based on what they have the means to accomplish. The key word here is "means".
The means could be training, infiltration, planning, or weaponry. A complicated attack like the World Trade Center took years to compile the means to pull it off. A bomb on a bus is extremely low-tech but the infiltration part may be the tricky item.
Take a look at what the Canadians found recently in their own backyard:

Immigration violations, flight training, a lot of cash, no jobs, nuclear power plants. Sounds like somebody might have trying to develop the means to accomplish something, or it is all a big coincidence.
"bush has amd will continue to lie about anything and everything. he, w, is the stupidest man to ever hold the office of president, and this country will pay the price for the damage he has done and will continue to do until he is run out of town. his father was no better and regean used to be the worst, but sunny boy is making regean look like an amateur."
Rick, with rants like the above paragraph, you might want to back off the two digit IQ references.
It sounds like you're declaring a tactical retreat. Your absolute blind hatred for President Bush leaves you boxed in this position. Anything Bush is in favor of, you must be against. You are stuck with an absolute position in a world where there are no more absolutisms.
I'll leave you with one more quote to spark your curiosity:
"Let me tell you what I know. When I left office, there was a substantial amount of biological and chemical material unaccounted for. That is, at the end of the first Gulf War, we knew what he had. We knew what was destroyed in all the inspection processes and that was a lot. And then we bombed with the British for four days in 1998. We might have gotten it all; we might have gotten half of it; we might have gotten none of it. But we didn't know. So I thought it was prudent for the president to go to the U.N. and for the U.N. to say you got to let these inspectors in, and this time if you don't cooperate the penalty could be regime change, not just continued sanctions.
I mean, we're all more sensitive to any possible stocks of chemical and biological weapons. So there's a difference between British -- British intelligence still maintains that they think the nuclear story was true. I don't know what was true, what was false. I thought the White House did the right thing in just saying, Well, we probably shouldn't have said that. And I think we ought to focus on where we are and what the right thing to do for Iraq is now. That's what I think." - President William Clinton, July 22, 1993
Presidents Clinton and Bush both figured out the WMD puzzle and lead warfare against Iraq. Wonder what they must have figured out? Since Bush and Clinton are in agreement, you must now be anti-Clinton so it doesn't matter.
