Wow, this thread got big in a hurry

George Burns got to 100 because he was thin. You never see fat 90 year olds in nursing homes. You do see 90 year old smokers, tho.

Bad news for many on this board, me included, but if you want to live to a ripe old age, get thin. Any lifestyle based issues (smoking, drinking, etc.) are made worse by being fat

Ok..let me say that 119 is in response to 117..NOT in any way was i saying Mattie sits to pee...

I say "sit down" all the time..he can vouch for me on that....SO "simmer down now" about all the "peeing sitting down!" hehe :)
