Good luck Opie.

Car troubles rarely happen at an opportune time.

Finally done blowing and mowing leaves.

Wife wants me to grill brats for dinner, so gotta make a run to the grocer. Then I'm done for the day.

Work called for help tonight. I said no. Been a while since I've turned down OT.

Roof is funded in cash as of last Friday.

I should do more OT and pay down some more debt, but I've got 48 hrs scheduled OT in November already.

Picked up sticks for a bit, dumped em in the pit and topped it with used motor oil, lit em up.

Waiting for boys bus to come, then grocery store, then couch.

Congrats on the roof money Danm. Screw the debt. It's downright unAmerican to be debt free

Had a better Monday than Opel. Thanks for taking the Monday Bullet for the rest of us.

Lost the shading I had in my cube, which was preventing headaches. Not today. Time to chase down a doctors note's. The lights in the corporate barn are soul sapping energy drains.

...the woman wants to go biking to the bars on Thur for Happy hour. In Halloween costumes.

So to punish her I went and acquired a bumble bee tutu and wings.

Well... canceled the new fridge. I just can't justify the money for a new one since the old one is working properly. Especially since I plan on selling and moving.

Small beer fridge will have to continue to suffice. Beer

Delta... Course I will. You're talking to someone who's worn a clear plastic thong and vest.

... Course I was a lot better looking then...

The fallback option is a 70s camp counselor look with booty shorts, long socks and a pray the gay away camp style t-shirt (young boy blowing Jesus with the words saying "I'm going 'straight' to heaven")

Fell asleep after eating too much. But I finally made it to my couch.

Wife opened a bottle of 3F Behemoth from 2017 so were drinking that tonight. Follow that with warm apple cider and bourbon.

The level of completion is similar to the 1965 market economy of East Germany.

I stitched (stapled) two child bumblebee tutus together and now they fit my wide ass. I spray painted black stripes on a yellow t-shirt... I've got black running spandex from when we had rugby practice in the winter... I think my costume is ready.

As I've said before... Anything to distract one from the unparalleled ennui of living. :)

Plus I get to bicycle in the dark with wings on while drunk. That ought to be worth at least a day of personal giggling.

I was wondering about that. Paying to move a new fridge across the country is nuts- if you can avoid doing so...

In Wisconsin, you can't be changed with DUI while on a bike.

In less than good news- it snowed here last night.

I'll be on the bike trail. Not a lot of DUI enforcement on an unlit bike trail at night.

I'm selling or donating almost all of our stuff. Told the wife we'd get new furnishings for the new digs.

Trying to find some new construction in a good area. Will come with new appliances and a 10 year home warranty. The only things I will have shipped (or tow in a Uhaul behind me) is the stuff my wife wants to keep, her curio, knick-knacks, pictures and paintings and such... and the new deep freezer I got... fishing gear... etc.

Put the 4th beer up to ferment last weekend. Decided to try an extraction I had laying around. Should have turned out really heavy.... I suspect I added too much water though. So it's not going to be as high alcohol a beer as I hoped.

Sigh....
