Good Saturday Morning! It's 35° on the way to 46° today. We got a light dusting of snow last night but it's quickly melting.

-4/26 - no plowable snow until next weekend predicted. Many years ago the record low of -26 was set in the state - I remember it as the night spit bounced.

I wanna catch the Rona. I'd get a full week's pay (maybe two) to stay away from work.

You don't have to use PTO for the time off?

Someone else had said something like that to me, they automatically get 2 weeks paid leave if they test positive. So he visited the free county test site every week until positive. But that was pre-vaccine.

If I get sick, regardless of the cause, it comes out of my PTO bank. Only 5 consecutive days are excused for covid. Beyond that you accrue attendance points as unexcused absence.

As long as we are vaccinated we get off usually 10 days. If done body in our house is positive we get 10 days as well. More if we are shooting symptoms still. We don't need to use PTO days.

If we are not vaccinated and catch it we still get paid for the 10 days. If we are a close contact and not vaccinated we don't get paid. W got a guy at with that has had like 30 days unpaid so far

We just use sick time. The union guys get 10days w/out needing to use sick time. Newest change has them quarantined for close contact if unvaxxed, back to work if vaxxed. Oddly enough I suddenly have nobody vaccinated on my crew

It doesn't cost you any PTO. One week off if vaxed., 2 weeks off if not vaxed. No proof needed to confirm you caught it. You get paid the average of the last 26 pay periods. For 2nd week or you need Dr. documentation.

You can also get paid time off if someone in your household catches it.

We've had a lot of folks or family members catching the Rona lately. Some more than once in a short period of time.

I get some credit.
Picked the Ninets +5.5.
Did I think they would win? No. I did think it would be a Packer win by three or four points.

Btw, Shawn. My boy told me to pass on congratulations to you.

Thank him for me. That was an ugly, ugly ass win... but a W is a W.

They're gonna have to be a lot better than that to get by either of the 2 teams left in the NFC. They have the Rams' number, too... so I hope TB loses. Tom Brady has a room in Kyle Shanahan's head due to that SB against Atlanta...

It nearly never happens. But today, I hit a two teamer. SF +5.5 and Cincy +3.5.

Turned a dollar into a whopping $2.91. It’s rare, so I will bask in the warmth of the moment, and not forget all of the big people.

Will do. As college kids are prone to do, some of is friends are manic depressive fans. They are the best team in the NFL!
They suck, heads need to roll! They need to fire ________!

He’s more of a Be nice to have them win. Oh, the didn’t? Okay. Onto the next thing kind of guy.

I was hoping they would (so the Rams could avoid Lambeau where they haven't fared well in the playoffs) and thought they had a decent chance to win, given how they played in the last half of the season. They finished as one of the better teams in the league. That win vs the Rams in the last game where they dominated the second half and came back from 17 down showed they were a solid team. Rams needed that win for playoff seed/bye, but couldn't beat 49ers. Just hope they aint in the Rams head when they play at SoFi next week.

tbh... Packers choked and gave the game away...I thought the 49ers would be able to control the game by running more...they didn't...but they did when they needed to in that last drive to the winning field goal...

I picked them over Tampa. Tom Brady is missing Godwin and Antonio Brown... and 2 of his starting linemen are banged up.

Rams got Von Miller to help Aaron Donald and they got Akers back and added OBJ.

Stafford better play smart, but I think if the Rams pressure Brady up the middle (which he doesn't do well against) they will win it.

I also think the Bills will get over the hump today. But wtf do I know?

I’mma rooting for the Rams too. Now that Stafford threw the never-won-in-the-playoffs monkey off his back, I feel that he’s going to use his experience and skill to upset the Bucs. Plus, I don’t really like Arians, Brady, Suh and the general attitude of the team (…obviously driven by the HC and QB…).

Yeehaw!

Talked to my speaker-repair guy and my woofers are ready to be picked up!

Gonna gettum tomorrow morning. Super excited.

Once I put them back into the cabinets, gonna go down to storage and pick up the rest of my stereo equipment, including the rack. As they say, "We're getting the band back together." I can't wait to listen to my JBLs again!

I know my wife won't be exactly thrilled, especially when I crank up some Allman Brothers at Fillmore East but she knows I'mma music guy and been waiting for this day for quite a while.

Ambivalent about the current game. Like Stafford. Don’t like Beckham.
Respect and like Brady. Buccaneers in general? Meh.

Guess I’m leanings just a shade in favor of Rams.
