Beck-Ola
It's a fun listen...but, with that line-up, it seems like it shoulda been so much better:
Jeff Beck, Rod Stewart, Nicky Hopkins, Tony Newman and Ronnie Wood

Buckethead - The Light in the Fog
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfPes4W_7XE
Great song to start grooving into the weekend.
Don't know why he's wearing that bucket on his head,
but if it keeps him sounding this good, I suggest he keep it on

Wholeheartedly agree. Almost seems like the songs were the leftovers from “Truth”.

Santana - Lotus
Still have my Japanese import of the vinyl release.
85F / 58% RH / 12 mph - hot earlier, the breeze makes sitting out in the garage enjoyable

Keith Richards - Crosseyed Heart
Recommended by Jade. Laughed at the end of the first track when he exclaims, “...That’s all I got.”...
The second and 3rd cuts are promising.
84F / 58% RH / 12 mph - brutally warm and humid earlier, much better now
I hope you enjoyed it, Brother. His remake of "Love, Overdue" was the highlight of the album for me. Keith always had an ear for reggae and I like what he did with it

Thought I was a pretty big fan, but there's so much that I've still never heard....most great; though, I could have done without an SP cover of Jackie Blue
I know there's LOTS of Billy Corgan haters in the world....but can't honestly deny his genius
Don't hate them but they just never did anything for me. We all got different ears.

Loved how he stayed true to the original and kept the ska rhythm intact.
Thanks for recommending the album!

Most of the hate stems from the fact that when they all signed their contracts Billy Corgan was pulled aside and said if you don't credit your bandmates on the writing credits for the music you will make millions while your bandmates get paid as session musicians. He said at the time "**** that! Their my songs. Sure enough he got paid millions while they got thousands. He gave a great interview on Joe Rogan and talked about all of it. Also mentioned his ego got WAY out of control. I loved The Smashing Pumpkins and yes Billy Corgan is a Genius.

So many new releases...lots of great music.
Bright Light Social Hour - Jude Vol. 1

"She Wanna Love You"
They've captured the essence of Pink Floyd's "Animals"
The Winstons - Smith

"Ghost Town
"
I don't know why, but I imagined Bob Dylan flipping the poster board lyrics with Ray Davies while the Monkees played on...
The Blank Tapes - Super Bloom

"Super Bloom"
The trippy 60's sound made anew, guess they figured the dinosaurs all died off.

several years ago, I bought a box of cds at a State Police auction. Amongst the 50 or so cds in the box, were 3 Radiators discs...Law of the Fish was one of them. All sounded great...I had never heard of them before, but they were a welcome addition and got a lot of play for the next couple of months...It's been quite a while since I've listened to them....time to go sorting through the racks and see if I can find them to give them another listen...
