most hams are pre-cooked and all you need to do is reheat it...pre-heat oven to 350 F
Put the ham, fat side up on a sheet of aluminum foil that's large enough to completely wrap around the ham...I like to cut some 1/4 inch deep score lines at 90 degrees (1.5 inch apart) in a checkerboard pattern across the fatty layer and put whole cloves into the intersections of the lines...then rub some brown sugar all over, sprinkle some nutmeg and cinnamon all over...pour some honey or maple syrup over the top...
wrap the ham tightly with the foil, fat side up...
warm in the oven for 12 minutes per pound...
carve and serve
the ham will be fine without all the fussy spices and sweeteners, but to keep it moist, wrap it tightly in foil, fat side up, before putting it in the oven to heat...should come with heating instructions on the label
