Bryan: Good to hear you are fixing the problems. I know you are working on the login issue for the Auction site. I logged in a few time this morning and gave up. So, look forward to when you fix this so I can start ordering again when it's not so annoying!

i'm getting around this a little better now. do you all have anything to do with another sites? today i cant get a couple of other sites to load, wonder if Joe is on a smoke break cause he aint working for me today! And my favorite international site isn't loading on any browser i have tried. Anyone heard of testing or failover?

i do want to thank the project managers, team lead, and developer for giving us the all option.
looking at a max of 50 items a page was tiring.

i pay for and intend to use fully broadband connection.
if all i had was dial up then 10-25-50 option before showing a page would be usefull, but heck man this aint the 90's anymore.

What about replacing one of the dozen IM's in the profiles and make one for email address if people want to put it there?
I put mine in the Interests, but I don't see that catching on real well. I think sharing 'interests' out there is a bit ghey, but I'm sure there's some here that want to search out others with similar pastimes like flower arranging and figure skating.

I used to get that too. Wanted me to choose between MACS and HomerSimpson. Easy fix... I had Steve delete HomerSimpson, so you suckas are stuck with MACS, instead of a different idiot.

the request indicates that once you make your selection the accounts will be merged. Obviously, the don't get merged.

Wait 3 months. By then all the bugs should be hammered out, all our pissing and moaning issues should have been addressed and things will work as advertised.

Been almost a week. Still sucks ass. I come less.....have completely stopped buying.....other places are looking better all the time. I can honestly say that I am losing interest in Cbid.

A think a temporary suspension of the customary CBid pack of matches is in order. In it's place put some tampons or tissues.

Suggesstion: Add a "check-box" to the exterior lot description so you can add to your watch list. Rather than having to click into the lot, wait for that to load, then click add to watchlist, wait for that to confirm then click back out of the lot to continue looking. It should act just as the check box in the watch list except "Add Selected"

In simple terms, I believe it is available with the software, but it can also be disabled depending on the admin and what they want to allow.



I have a question/comment, earlier I tried to ask but the forum had some "fatal error" issues. Anyway, I tried to change my avatar, but after it said it was too big and resized it, I hit "ok," but it didn't upload/update my avatar. I know there are more pressing issues going on than this, but I thought I'd mention it...of course, it could be working now...I haven't tried recently.

WOOHOO...looks like it did change back when i got the fatal error. I just noticed it.

In trying to add "Buddies"...and we won't even speculate on what all that would imply for some of these guys....but I get an error message stating:

You've passed an invalid value to the forum.

Um, okay. I assumed it was because I was trying to "buddy" FGM and there was like some online social disease that he had or something, but it happens no matter who my "buddy" is. I'm trying to add "buddies" from the "member" page.

I guess we're still workin' out some bugs here? Hahahahaha. -B

After a week of practice I've Worked my way thru your new setup and have made some bids. Problem is now shipping/tracking. I guess your system change over has affected your entire operation. Order tracking finally posted a number which UPS says is bogus. So, I guess shipment didn't go out and I'll get next week or when ever like packman. Sorry, but you folks have spoiled me with prompt deliveries and Thursday shipping meant Friday UPS delivery.

No comments guys, I'm no where near out of cigars. Just looking forward to trying some new brands.

Won't let me bid on anything, keeps telling me to sign in, I do then I try and bid and it tells me to sign again. This is frustrating, how am I supposed to bid? Help I need my fix!!

It is our fault.

We asked for an Edit Feature. What we SHOULD have asked for was....

Can we please have an Edit Feature and KEEP the Search Feature?

I'm down to Tagging four threads as Favorites and do 90% of my now limited time.

Who in their right mind has a Search Feature without any time parameters? Somebody ucked the dog on that part of the design and testing.

Am I missing something or is there no way to search a keyword? Yes, the ability to search for a particular user's posts is enhanced, but I don't see a way to search for a specific word. With improved technology why is this capability not enabled?

By the way, if bloody spaniard changes his avatar, will all the clones do the same? That would be interesting to see.

Tried to log in using my original screen name... xddco.... no luck..... tried every iteration as suggested by a fellow forum poster......still no luck.
Created the name exddco..... not the same....
is there any way to fix that.... so I can go back to my original handle?

your computer should have a memory option that remembers logins and passwords. When I login I hit the first letter of my email and my whole address pops up below and hit enter, then the password is remembered and hit enter again. It's still a pain in the a s s but it helps.
