Wasn't much, but not what I wanna see. My parents were supposed to be camping all weekend but said they came home early cause the water pipes froze in their camper.

Supposed to get down to the 20s again tonight.

Woke up... got a hair cut... thought I might get some OT, but no call yet. Maybe tomorrow morning.

So I poured myself a beer.

Morning Ram n dudes.

Welcome back to Monday fellas.

It's my Friday. Can't wait for it to be over, and head out in the camper for the last time this year. Gonna be cold, but I have almost a full face cord of wood stacked in my truck bed. Plan to have an absolutely raging campfire going the whole trip. Bought a second electric radiator heater for the camper too. One's enough for 50 degree nights, but I'm not so sure about 20 degree nights. Gotta go waterless this trip, don't want to deal with busted lines again.

Slept until 1:30 this afternoon. Five 12 hour shifts in a row kinda whooped me. I've worked 10 of the last 12 days, but I have tonight and tomorrow night off before I go back Wednesday. Beer

Your not going to believe this - my job has been working me like a dog. A red headed one they don’t particularly like.
But it’s all good. I now have extensive training in multiple SRM’s, dynamic software simulations, and bad food. I feel like a Boy Scouts with at stack of merit badges that he does not want to sew on.

Less than 10 year to retirement now - But what to do then? I can already prove I sux at golf......

Oh, and I bought a new watch that get time from radio waves and charges off the sun. High-tech.
So it goes.

How about you? Still working for a living?

Yessir... since fishing has slowed down, I have taken to working overtime.

Who can't use a few extra dollars around Christmas time?

True, true.

We need a new HVAC, Christmas for the Grand kids, and the wife wants to re-model the bath room......

I think the fix is to buy a Winnebago. We sell the house, leave the state, and she gets a new bathroom!

Dare to dream - I say...

Back at the car dealership @0730 because they forgot to do the oil change when I had the car in for state inspection yesterday.
I doubt I'll get any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. 😕

Why in hell do you let anyone else change your oil? It's the easiest 10 minute job, ever.

That would be half a centimeter of spiked thorn ridden rock trying to come through the whacker hole lol. Find something sturdy to hold on to when going to piss and also a good sturdy block of wood to bite down on cause you gonna need it. If you see blood this is normal lmaooo.

Whooweee.... That's prolly gonna hurt 8. Unless you've had some secret kink all these years (sounding, don't look it up if you don't already know about it) .... That sounds like it's going to be terrible.

Funny thing is.....for me, anyway, the 'last mile' is never as bad as the first --- I suppose there'll be a time when it gets headed down sideways or something, but the finish is nothing compared to the first couple days
