don't know about lemon chiffon cake, but opel makes a darn good cheesecake with a chocolate chip cookie crust topped with crumbled fudge brownies and vanilla icing....wife, daughter and SIL were blown away...

my blood sugar count took a well earned hit...

Sushi, then a repeat stop at the brewery we went to last night.

Tomorrow night I'll be on the road again. Nicely acclimated to the warm weather, and the normal day/night living. So time for a daytime nap followed by 20 hours of driving to be back in the cold and grey, sleep all day work all night life.

I haven't really been keeping up since Ok State hired an overpriced unqualified coach... I guess it'll be a few more years until we can compete again... But ya, I did see favoritism in Dukes favor.. but VT made many mistakes... Mellow

Beautiful day today. 85, 50% humidity, very light clouds that just take the bite outta the sun's rays.

Line me up some income and you've got a deal. Ideally something in the 6 figures but only requiring about 20-30hrs/wk of actual work would be nice
