I went through a typhoon... twice... in the South China Sea. Typhoon Ruby evasion turned into "Ridin' the Storm Out".

Typhoon Yancy wasn't as bad, but it wasn't fun, either.

Don't remove it; they decrease the strain's potency through plant breeding and genetics...

Busy day.

Did chicken chores. Cleaned, filled food and water.
Mowed all the lawn, even out in the woods. That was 5 hours of my day.
Built a roof over the fenced chicken run to hopefully keep hawks out now that the chickens are big enough to let outside.
Brought recycling to collection place.

Gotta get firewood in the morning. Hope one of my wood dealers got something. Neither is very responsive to calls or texts, just gotta show up and honk your horn.

They have to limit bud strength. If it isn't limited, the Big Pharma payoffs, I mean contributions would be lessened.

Selective breeding trying to master the genetics? Is this Germany?

If the storms don't hit tomorrow, we're heading to the state park to see if a walkup site is open.

Wife really wants to get out of the house.

I want to just stay home after 5 days in the camper at the racetrack.

Conflict is a part of any relationship. You must select your battles wisely. If you do... it's win some/lose some and it usually evens out.

Really I have no solid ground arguing against camping.

I tried the no firewood angle and she got the neighbor to offer up his pile. I said I got things to do at home, and then she helped me finish them.

I admit defeat.

But I do love camping, so it's not really a lose. Just inconvenienced.

Maybe he flew the alwYs popular, Beijing to Winnipeg flight. Who wouldn't enjoy a nice 12 hour drive through the Canadian prairie, western Minnesota and Iowa on his way to sweet ole Mizzou?

Good morning.
First of eight physical therapy sessions. Not looking forward to this, but it is better than having to have my neck re-fused.

Going to spend a week around Minneapolis in late June. Need to visit wifey's family and 89 year old mom who is in memory care.

Not looking forward to the skeeters.

That doesn't mean it doesn't help some for neck and back issues.

I think it might feel good... I would question whether the immediate benefits justify the long term consequences... But to each his own...

My mom loves going to the chiropractor... I've tried getting her to research what's actually happening when a chiropractor "pops" your spine, but it makes her feel good - at least until her next fix...

Weather turned. Its now a beautiful day. Chopped up a bunch of firewood and got the camper packed.

Called the campground to see about any open walk up sites. They don't do same or next day reservations so can't do it online. They're full.

Guess we leave tomorrow.
