Off to Daytona Beach. My son fractured his finger in while weight lifting . Apparently, he dropped 30 lbs.on his hand. Hope he doesn't need surgery. Then off to the local dispensaries in Daytona to get two for one because my son will be a new customer to them.

Walmart has free donuts today...

Walmart
While you’re picking up some groceries, make sure to swing by the bakery and grab a little sweet treat for yourself. In honor of the decadent day, Walmart is giving away 1.2 million doughnuts at 4,000 stores across the nation. Limit one per customer at participating locations.

in your wildest nightmares, did you ever think you'd be glad to be in Columbia, Misery?

did you get any chance to be amazed in China, or just factories and stuff?

Back home safely.

Truck did well the last two weeks. Covered about 500 miles loaded with the 5500lb camper and probably another 1.2klb of people pets gear food and water.

10.5mpg for the whole thing. I'm happy with that. Hopefully new tires don't drop me too much.

Got reimbursed fully for the gridlife trip, and paid a little on top. Enough to cover the family trip entirely and the "roof" I built over the chicken run.

Was a good two weeks on the road. But back to work tonight.

Got to see the great wall and forbidden palace in Beijing over 2 days.... rest of the time was traveling to suppliers and trade show crap.

And no.... I have never imagined the bizarre situation where I'd be glad to get to MO.

<<--------- Saw a couple of these critters on my 4 mile walk this morning. Most of the area is subdivisions with just small amounts of desert here and there. Always surprised at how wild animals can live in this environment but some manage.

There is a lot to be said about experience and not all of it is good. I always got along with my ex-mother in laws - may they rest in peace.

RMAN, what do you mean by alimony states? It may be my ignorance of the law, but I thought you could only receive alimony from your most recent ex spouse.

They pretty much tolerated each other for 24 years. Then one summer when the wife was here in Wyoming for a couple weeks, they constantly picked at each other until they had a big blowout. When it got going, I went on the patio with a cigar and bourbon. The wife headed back to Texas, and that was that. They haven't spoken since.

I just told em both that I love them, and their issues are not mine, and I don't want to hear it...Speak to the hand

Yeah, but they start out with a minimum wage marriage/divorce, move up to a higher scale marriage/divorce, and so on and so on.....seventh time you could work your way up to divorcing the President of a company....or so I've heard
I'm pretty sure they don't start at the top and work back down... Anxious
