62F heading to 66F, then down to 54F tonight.
Zero chance of rain. Winds 14/18.
Sunny without a cloud.
Should be real nice on the back patio/porch/Florida room where the wind won't make it feel cold to me.
Just waiting on the plumber...

Mid60's and sunny.

Cut the grass again...cleaned out the rain gutters and took down some limbs for firewood near the burn pit.

Hopefully that's the last time I have to cut this season. Gonna have to take down more limbs though.

Christmas tree down and in the garbage. I also got sent to time out by the 3yo for apparently bumping his leg when I helped him if the bed (10 minutes later too). He kept telling me to go to time out and wifey kept asking him why I had to go until he told us what it was for. Then he counted to 29 while I stood in the corner laughing.

I don't think you took your time out seriously. Go back to the corner and really think about what you've done

I do unless he's moved in the past couple of years.

He's listed as a proxy to inherit any debt that I might have if I were to pass unexpectedly or even if I were to pass expectedly.

You want I should get the Zeus Apolo and Helios on it? They know these Italian Greyhounds, Guido and Giacamo.[/quote]

You might have to send more than two. Two words you rarely if ever hear together…. Vicious Greyhound.

In walks, if a different dog comes charging onto road after her, she is undefeated. Only two dogs she walked away from was a 100 pound pit bull (held tenuously by a thin leash with a 60 pound boy on the other end) and a guttural, belching death bark from an estimated 130 Bull Mastiff threatening from the wrong side of an Invisible Fence sign.

To give her credit, neither of those ousters made it to the street so maybe she would have taken care of business.

My old boy was the #1 contender at his park when he was young (RIP Buddy), if it wasn't for some rottie b*tch named Sasha, he woulda been the champ.

Ok, Ok... I deserved that one. Tried to go cheap and buy the parts piecewise to convert my standard bike to an E bike. In theory it was a great idea. Even watched a bunch of YouTube vids and it was easy... in theory.

$500 and many hours of trying to fit it up, splicing wires and $hit so the motor and the inverter and the controller and the breaks and the pedals and crap... play well together... didn't go as planned. Never claimed to be an electrical engineer.

Not to be defeated, I bought a new one. A complete package deal, some minor assembly required. Basic e-bike for like $600. It's Frankin' awesome. I can tool around town at 19.8 MPH effortlessly. The control unit has a govenor on it to peg out under 20 MPH per government regulations but I have the owners manual if I want to disable the max speed, guessing I could boost it to around 35 MPH but at the expense of battery drain. Max range on a single charge is about 20-40 miles depending terrain and how much you peddle vs the motor assisting you. Full recharge, 5 hrs.

Bought my son one for Christmas. He digs it too. I'm telling you, ya gotta get one of these.

I could ride it back to WI... 30 miles at a time with a 5 hr layover at each stop while I recharge. Or I could buy an airline ticket. United Airlines can get me there and back for about $180 round trip. Might even hook up with 8track while there (Warning: depart Boston on Jan 11, hang out for a week with the family, depart Green Bay Jan 18 return trip - if you show up at my parents' house singing some weird song while waving a rainbow flag again, I won't open the door).

If anyone wants peices parts for an e-bike... I have some sitting around.... right next to the acoustic guitar that I was gonna teach myself how to play.

Many genius' in history have often started projects and left them aside. So I'm right up there with Edison and Beethoven and stuff.

Miserable. Just miserable. Left clavicle, scapula, upper and mid back and latt spams and pain x 3 days. Chiro appointment at 2:30pm. Can't fking wait. Haven't swam (other than once) over the last 3.5 weeks. That's got to be a factor. One this is under control. I am back to the pool- maybe even tonight.

Hit the ground running ya varmints. A walk and the gym followed by oil change for both grocery getters on the todo list.

Hope Robert gets some adjustment and danm's wife don't give him the cold shoulder.

Tracking number says blower motor gonna be here today.

The electric heaters are keeping the house surprisingly warm.

Taking apart the blower assembly now, told wife to wake me when/if the fedex truck rolls in.

My heater, water heater, dryer and stove are all natural gas. My fireplace was rigged for it, so I put in the ceramic logs instead of burning wood and cleaning ash and such. Spring and summer when the heater is not in use... $15-20 a month.

Pow... triggered.
