It's all media promoted racial bullsh|t.
That's just convienient talking points. I don't know (neither do you) because I'm not there, but I'd guess the media has very little to do with why the residents of Ferguson are protesting and I'd also guess the media has very little to do with why the residents of ferguson perceive a racial bias. I have done a lot of work with folks addressing the issues involving inner city Chicago and can assure you the black on black crime is their number 1 concern. Nothing is mutually exclusive here.
The only reason I have ever heard of ferguson is I have driven through and around it multiple times in St. Louis. The only reason most in here have heard of it is because of current event and NEWS reports. Nothing first hand.
Your perception of Ferguson may be driven by the press but I doubt theirs is. They live there. I highly doubt they are thinking about Rachel Maddow or the other dudes at MSNBC. Their perceptions are distorted by the things they see every day in thier community. Yours are equally distorted by what you see. Social media is also skewing their view much like the angry lady/mother emails do in here. But I doubt they are relying on the mainstream press for their fuel. It's hard to watch cnn while you are protesting. They may be using the press. As is "the other side".
that said you could probably find a person that is and thus prove they all are.
