Right, that's the physical activity tracking. The website/app has a database with about every food known to man in it and it tracks calories, fat, carbs, protein, water intake, all that stuff on a daily basis. And it's free. I put my meals in everyday and it really helps to visualize and quantify what you're actually eating.
I hit a plateau I could not get through at 200. Come to find out I was actually not eating enough to replace what I was burning working out. Once I got that sorted out the weight loss started back up. Got down to 190 finally.
Anyway, it's worth a look. IMHO.
