I'm still blown away by them. I need to get on Google reviews and leave a bit of praise.
My uncle was service manager at the largest local GM dealership in the area for like 30 years. I'd bring him the **** I couldn't figure out. He'd find a guy to take a side job or a guy that knew the problem and take care of it. When I bought my last truck, a Chevy 2500, the salesman told me we can take off $500 from the price to decline the bumper to bumper 3 month warranty. I said "I'll find $500 in there". It was much more than that but he took care of me.
If id brought it to a stranger, I'd be strung along until the warranty expired. Anyway, he retired and my dad and I both have been feeling screwed by the dealerships for service. This is what everybody's else has to deal with. I got used to that kind of service, and without an "in" it's not happening.
But this dealership did just that for me. I'm absolutely blown away. They didn't have any incentive to step up for me. I'm too far away to be a customer, ive never been there before, im not rich or famous, and I know nobody there. I'm so very thankful.
