Ya know... that was my thought. He's prolly a super ****.

Would you like to meet him?

In all honesty, I would. Probably would be best if I left the ribeyes out of my pockets, though.

Jokes, bruh. He's super loveable.

Today at the dog park he jumped up on the bench and laid down on some lady's lap. Just propped his head on her leg, looking for scratches. He's the opposite of anything people think of a pibull.

Until a dog tries to dominate him. Then he fits the bill. He doesn't like that. He does give warning, though. Disregard the warning... not my fault.

Some of the medical community’s stats are ridiculous and that way by design. They keep lowering the ranges for lab work results to trigger them to shell out whatever the pharm sales person is hawking.

My doctor is leaving. Will miss him. He saw my BMI is 28.4% @ 6’2” 205. Said I was Obviously Fit and to pay no attention to the number. Because he was changing into a different medical field, he didn’t suggest pills or special diet for my….fatness.
Meh, your riding and getting good cardio. Go see an Endocrinologist if you want to know if you truly overweight, have elevated A1C and/or want to check your metabolism (thyroid). The last two can cause one to be overweight. All three are related.

Plan on going to swim this morning, hopefully 1,000 yards with equipment. Then off to to dry cleaner and maybe the grocery market. Oh, and I should go to the pool store for salt, stabilizer and shock powder. We'll see...

I am keeping the ribeye in my pocket, then...

WTF happened to the forum? EVERY thread now shows as "new" and I have to start over reading them all from the beginning. This is gonna take weeks.

I got tired of getting swarmed by moths and bugs when I sat on the patio (I sit right near a light) so I grabbed one of these fancy wifi light bulbs, connected it to Alexa and am testing out how the different colors you can make the bulb shine affect is bug attractiveness.

About 3 weeks ago I came down with fever, chills, headache, etc. It only lasted about 24 hours and I never found out what it was but the wife and I both tested negative for rona. Since then I have had a low grade headache. Yesterday the fever, chills and muscle aches came back. Tried to get in to see the doc but the earliest they can see me is next Wed.

Hope you Saturday is better.

Get yourself tested for 'rona again today. You could have had a real good chance of a false negative with the rapid tests. Anyhow, sure hope you feel better.

Good Saturday morning.

Plan to go with wife and kid to mall for some "reverse-shopping" and so that both of them can get new eyeglasses at WarbyParker. Then, off to the one dispensary intown that just might have Bubba Kush, the strain that works best for my neck. Already had to take a muscle relaxant and don't want to have a chitty day with my family as a result.

A little chilly up here in downeast Maine last night, but a great cigar smoking weather.. Forecast is for 50-74 for the week, with a chance of rain/t-storms on Wednesday.

87F today with only 67% humidity., Partly cloudy with 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms- nothing new. Slightest reprieve from all the summer heat and humidity. A day like this won't likely happen again for another 6 weeks or so.
