Used to run a big X-country meet in Hamilton. You know, in the old days, when I was fairly athletic.

Biggest plus was we got to go to King's Island afterwards

Good Wednesday afternoon! I slept until 1100 this morning, funny how one ibuprofen allows you to sleep longer.

Stupid humidity. It's 90 degrees and 90% humidity. Did some light chores outside and soaked my shirt.

I love the heat, I prefer high 70s to low 90s but not when it's this humid. Sweating doesn't work.

Even now just standing in the driveway waiting for the boys bus I'm dripping.

Won't be long ill be craving this weather while bundled up in 20lbs of clothing just to go outside. I hate that even more.

Currently 97 after a nice week of lower temps. It was glorious...

97 today and 99 predicted for the next week. Humidity is only 31% though. Still too hot.

Anyone watch this Getaway Driver on Discovery channel? It's awesome viewing (the actual driving part) and I'd love to try it (with a donated car). I can't believe these builders, drifters, etc put their cars through the abuse

After my first bite... I like to poor a nice blob of fire sauce on a chip, then just sip it up, so I can really get the flavor going... swish it around a little.

Hot and humid again here a little haze from western fires over the hills. I don't know why they don't rake the forests and build new reservoirs out west.

I can not eat hot sauce anymore...they ruin my taste buds for cigars...

just as an over abundance of salty foods...had to give up sunflower seeds for that reason

Following that link to the hotsauce site gotta hold back on ordering another 20 bottles. My sauce shelf still sagging under the weight of what I've got. Had to close the tab because I'd already started putting stuff in my cart.

Hell, I went to the grocery store earlier today and had 2 bottles follow me home. Blis Blast sauce. Aged in Founders beer barrels. It's produced year round but I rarely see it. When it shows up I buy all that's on the shelf. It's a fantastic bbq sauce. It's billed as hot sauce but it works best with shredded smoked pork and chicken. I know somebody here got a bottle from me but I don't recall who it was.

I might still order some more sauces.... it's like visiting a cigar site. There's crap, there's everyday stuff, there's midrange stuff, there's fancy chit, and there's rare single-run crazy stuff I put on the shelf and never touch. That reminds me, I need to get to buying cigars again. I'm down to just my desktop humidor. Prices have gone beyond my comfort level though. Just checked, $137 for HUHC which is pretty much my go-to.

Love the spice. It's why I married Mrs.Beach. But yeah, hot sauce will wreck cigar's flavor

Yeah... it's addicting. I've been buying more hotsauces and bbq sauces lately.

Starting to put that sh*t on everything.

For instance, this stuff by Angry Goat called Purple Hippo goes awesomely on a hamburger.

Edit:

This thread is about things that make you shart right?

No no no.

We can skip Friday and go straight to Saturday though.

Friday is me n wife's anniversary and the boys birthday. I'm gonna get bitched at all day. Poop tank sucker truck coming though, won't get bitched at about the toilet backing up anymore. Wife refuses to use septic ready toilet paper. I bought the last years supply and septic was fine. She bought her triple plush butthole massaging non biodegradable tp rolls 2 months ago and I've had to rod the pipe and shovel out the top scum layer in the septic tank. And now another $300 to pump it out.

Screw Saturday too. Gotta do a family thing with a bunch of people I'd really rather not see ever. Can not stand being around them.

Let's go straight to Sunday. Or keep Thursday.

OK. OK. Thursday it is. And if a poop tank sucker truck doesn't scream marital bliss then I don't wanna live on this planet anymore

I rarely hear that phrase but when I was a kid I had a well-liked teacher from the UP who would use it often. I really enjoy hearing it used now.

Good morning from Western Wisconsin. Dropped off the boy at school, had a great dinner, bought $80 worth of excellent beer. Waking up in a nice hotel, slept seven hours. This is a happy dog.
